This socks are knit from the cuff down. It begins with a tubular cast on and a 2/2 ribbed cuff. The leg and the foot are knitted with a colourwork pattern. These socks are knit with a short row heel and finished with Kitchener stitch. SIZING To determine the size to knit, measure the circumference of the leg above the ankle: • Size S correspond to a leg circumference of 18 to 20 cm ; • Size M correspond to a leg circumference of 21 to 24 cm ; • Size L correspond to a leg corcumference of 25 to 28 cm ; Sample shawn in size M. Leg and foot length can be easely adjusted. GAUGE (washed and blocked) 30 sts x 42 rounds = 10 x 10 cm (4 inches) in stockinette stitch.
