2019 01 13: I have clarified the Pickup and Purl; and Pickup and Knit from Left to Right instructions. I have also added simple instructions in the 8 stitch pattern to create three stitch button holes to make the scarf into a cowl. 2018 01 28: Update to 6 stitch entrelac - The upper triangle was written incorrectly, stating to pickup and knit 8 stitches. It should have said 6 stitches. I am just loving using Mille Colori in entrelac. The colours are stunning and the blocks of entrelac just show them off so well. (The results were just as stunning as the slouchy handwarmers in knit and purl) My original plan is to knit up 3 skeins, but I think I will need 4. The entrelacs are 8 stitches wide, but you can just as easily make them 6 or 7 for a narrower scarf. Alternately, instead of 3 entrelacs you could do 2 wider ones. Something I did for this design which is atypical of entrelac, is to add two stitches of garter stitch on each end. This makes a nice edge for the increases and decreases, and finishes it of nicely.

The Slightly Sassy V is an all-seasons knitting pattern with mix-and-match sleeves and body options for endless possibility. A sassy but not-too-sassy V-neck is the centerpiece, finished with beautiful i-cord edging, along with perfect-fit compound raglan lines that will hug the shoulders and upper torso beautifully. Wear it in the summer, or knit a longer sleeve, longer length version for spring/autumn or even winter layering. Take it with you anywhere you travel, because the lightweight and breathable fabric is perfect for throwing on, anytime, anywhere.
Myrrine sweater is worked seamlessly in the round, from the bottom up to the armholes. The body and sleeves are worked separately. Some short rows are added to the back of the sweater for a better fit, before joining body and sleeves for working the yoke to the neck edge. After last decrease round in the yoke, some short rows are added again across the back of the neck, to raise it higher than the front for the proper fit of the garment. The sweater is intended to be worn with approximately 10.25 cm / 4” positive ease, however the sleeves are relatively skinny, to counterbalance the loosely fitted body. Don’t forget, you can knit the body and sleeves to desired length, or decrease some stitches at the neck edge (before knitting the neckband) for a narrower neckline to your taste. The pattern contains schematics, charts and written instructions, photo and video tutorials. It has been professionally tech edited and test knitted.
