Knitting pattern for Chunky T-shirt with puff sleeves. A simple pattern on large needles. There’s something exhilaratingly liberating by taking lots of strands of thin yarn and needles size 10 mm / US 15 and quickly put together a nice little – and at the same time chunky – short-sleeved top. And with puff sleeves, as well! The top I have designed and present to you here is exactly that sort of model, and I am already absolutely sure that I am going to make several different variations of it. In beautiful, bright summer colors, in hand-dyed left-overs, in delicate pastel colors … the variations are endless. This time the top is worked in my new favorite combination, 2 strands of No 12 and 2 strands of No 10 held together. This is so delicious, light and airy, and still easy to control with 4 strands. I’m sure it will be perfect over a tank top to match my jeans and Birkenstock sandals. Or over a summer dress, morning and evening. The design is short and quite oversize, with a positive ease of approx. 15-20 cm / 6-8 inches and normal armholes and pretty puff sleeves. The pattern is a PDF file. Immediately after purchase you will be able to download the pattern directly from the purchase confirmation page. You will also receive an e-mail with a link to your pattern, and the pattern will be available here at the site via your personal account - so remember to create an account :-) Read more about digital knitting patterns here. Weave your own rainbow stripe tea towels with this weaving kit! Includes a pre-measured warp and printed pattern with weaving notes, weaving draft, and a thread-by-thread measuring pattern. You will need a 4 shaft loom with at least a 20" weaving width and a 12-dent reed. You will need your own weft yarn. Prior knowledge on measuring, warping, and weaving is required. You may add on your choice of weft, or use weft you already have on hand. I recommend an 8/2 size cotton. I wove the sample with a white colored weft. The warp is an 8/2 US-grown cotton. The warp is 480 ends, measured with a cross at one end. I recommend weaving at 24 epi with a 20" weaving width for twill towels. Choose your warp length, from 4-20 yards. The rainbow stripes will complement any color scheme and the warp is ready to head to your loom right away!
Our two year old loves her busy box! We take it out to eat with us all the time and it keeps her happy and active through the whole meal!
As I was thinking about the next steps, I realized that it didn't make much sense to create a new kit for matching colors because many of the materials were going to be very similar. So, I decided that I'm going to update the current discrete trial kit to include matching colors and expressive ID of colors. I will raise the price a little but. However, if you have already purchased the kit, or purchase it before I get it updated (which I hope will be in the next couple days), you will get the updated version for FREE.
