A piskótát összeforgatjuk a lekvárral és a likőrös narancslével, majd félretesszük. A zselatint elkeverjük a vízzel, és oldódásig melegítjük. Hozzáadjuk a cukrot és a narancslevet, 1–2 percig még a tűzön hagyjuk, majd kb. 11×21 cm-es műanyag dobozba öntjük. Miután szoba-hőmérsékletűre hűlt, hűtőbe tesszük néhány órára. A krémhez a tojássárgáját kihabosítjuk a cukorral és az étkezési keményítővel, felengedjük a tejjel és a tejszínnel. Gőz fölött vagy nagyon kis lángon, állandóan kevergetve krémmé főzzük, majd beleforgatjuk a vaníliás cukrot és a narancshéjat. Vízfürdőben pár perc alatt kihűtjük. A zseléből kiszúróval 4 csillagot készítünk, a többit apróra kockázzuk. A piskóta felét szétosztjuk a poharakba. Rákanalazzuk a krém felét, ráhalmozzuk a zselé felét. Ismét piskóta, krém és zselékocka következik. Néhány órára hűtőbe tesszük, majd a tejszínből vert habbal és a zselécsillagokkal díszítjük. We really enjoyed leasing the Trek motorhome for our voyage to Alaska last summer. There was plenty of storage space for bringing all the supplies we needed, more living area to entertain or stay indoors in bad weather (and we experienced quite a bit of it that year!), great ground clearance for rough backroads, lots of roof space for solar panels to keep us powered up, the ability to tow a 4×4 vehicle for further exploration off-the-beaten-path, and a spare bed for having guests spend the night.
