Welcome to another weekly Sketch Challenge! Below you'll find Sketch 322. Create cards, scrapbook layouts, home decor, treat containers, mixed media, etc. using this week's sketch and be sure to link your project below for a chance at the weekly My Favorite Things Gift Voucher worth up to $20. It's a new month which means a brand new guest! Today, please join us in welcoming Amy Yang to participate in our March Sketch Challenges. Amy has followed the sketch closely combining the adorable Farm Friends and Friends Furever characters and adding a bookshelf from Our Story to complete her scene. It may not be practical to have plaid carpeting but I'm itching for a plaid rug after seeing her use the Plaid Patterns Merry & Bright Paper Pack to ground her elements! Keeway's take on the sketch is so fun! She interpreted the elements in a slightly different way using the Essential Cover-Up Vertical Die-namics to delineate her panels. I really love how she incorporated clouds into her design, both with some beautiful inking and with a die-cut panel. I adore this surprised little gnome - always a favorite! Joy's patterned grass serves as her bottom horizontal element. Check out how she created interest with her layering - her gnome, behind the grass and the mushrooms on top of her frame. Jodi reached for our February card kit to complete her look this week. She stayed very true to the sketch with her element selection and white space in the top half of the frame. Congratulations, Kartenwind! You are the randomly selected winner of last week’s sketch challenge. You can view all the entries for last week’s challenge HERE. Now, it's your turn. Celebrate a friendship with someone with whom you pair well by giving your friend one side of the pair and keeping the other. Genes are written in DNA and RNA molecules using a code of chemical units called bases. These bases form pairs, which is critical to their function. In DNA, A (adenine) pairs with T (thymine) and G (guanine) pairs with C (cytosine). In RNA, G pairs with C and A pairs with U (uracil). The charms are based on shapes of the base molecules. They are strung onto a chain at the place where they would normally connect to the sugar-phosphate backbone. This set of two necklaces comes with your choice of A-T, A-U, or G-C. The charms are about 3/4 inch long, are made with high-quality reclaimed/recycled sterling silver. You an choose the chain style you would like: 16" silver snake chain (shown), 18" silver snake chain, 20" silver snake chain, or your choice length of black cotton cord. If you would like two different style chains, please let me know in the "note to seller" section when you check out. Make sure to tell me which molecule goes on which chain. These come in a pretty, recycled gift box and include an informational card about the molecules. ......
