Jadeite is a rare form of jade highly prized for its gorgeous green hue and often used in jewelry. Interestingly, it was originally used as a weapon thousands of years ago. Compared to the more common type of jade, jadeite is more valuable due to its vitreous luster. For centuries, the Chinese have revered jade as a gemstone fit for royalty, believing it to connect the spiritual and material worlds. This unique stone is found only in metamorphic rocks, typically formed under extreme pressure deep within the Earth. AA Quality with a 1mm drill hole
What is Grade A/Type A Jadeite? "Grade A" Jadeite is laymen term whereas "Type A" Jadeite is professional term. They both refer to 100% natural, untreated and undyed jadeite jade. All these are NOT natural jadeites as the structures and composites of the jadeites have been compromised, which in fact do not have much collection value.
