Last summer we were in Walmart and my husband spotted these plastic bowls and the trio had to try them on. Happy Friday and New Year everyone. I am back with my second post of the day. This time for the ScrapMuch? Sketch-y Friday DT Reveal. Since it is the First Friday of January, it is time for a double layout reveal. Here is my layout... These photos were taken in 2014 in our search for the "Perfect Christmas Tree". Here is each page.... And some closeups.... I started out with some stamping on the background. Three different stamps and three different Tim Holtz Distress Inks on Bazzill embossed cardstock. My title is a Silhouette cut file. The little trees and stars are the leftovers from some table favours I made for Christmas Day. They fit right into my layout perfectly. Other products used are MME - Holly Jolly (I have been hoarding this paper), Simple Stories frame and Darice stars. The star clip & buttons are from my stash. I did some upcycling on this layout with the tag and plaid ribbon. Both are from seasonal items that I purchased for our home. I knew they would come in handy. Here is Laura's amazing sketch... Hi friends! I'm having a few days off work because of the school Spring vacation and except a visit to the cinema with my youngest, his bff and our niece, I also had some time to scrap! I decided to use my February Sunday Morning kit from Scraptastic Club and another one of Laura Whitaker's sketches. So here's what I did: The photo shows my hubby and our youngest, who are very similar in many ways. For my page I used the Sunday Morning main kit, the Sunday Morning add-on and the Gale Song stamp set and even the green dotted packaging from the embellishments. The chipboard stickers are from Crate's Hello Love collection and the cardstock stickers are from WeR. The wood veneer heart is a Scraptastic exclusive.
