The 2020 Pritzker Prize winners Yvonne Farrell and Shelley McNamara, who founded Grafton Architects in Dublin in 1978, believe in upholding the ‘spirit of the place’ in their works.
The site is located to the rear of Leeson Street, Dublin. On a restricted inner city site measuring 10m by 30m, the project consists of two 160sqm, three bedroom houses.
