Azután hozzáadjuk a felkockázott karalábét, ízesítjük a levest sóval, borssal, tárkonnyal és addig főzzük amíg a zöldségek puhára nem főnek. A tejfölben elkeverjük a lisztet kevés vízzel, majd a leveshez öntjük. Ekkor hozzászórjuk a petrezselymet és ízlés szerin citromlével ízesítjük. Pár perc alatt összeforraljuk és tálaljuk.
