The attached is an example of my work. Have you ever wanted to provide a gift for someone, but didn't know how to say what you mean? Maybe you want more than the general cards in your local card shop. Perhaps you want to get a plaque, blanket with a letter, or some other personal gift but need help writing the content. I can help. I am a professional writer. I would love to write a poem, letter, or greeting card for you, design the digital file, or even transfer it to any product of your choosing to help you give your loved ones the perfect gift. Commission my services. It is a collaborative effort. You can tell me what you want as the subject of your finished product and the sentiment you wish to convey. I will then draft the poem, letter, or greeting for you and work with you until it is exactly what you want. The process is easy and collaborative.
Your kids will love this and you will love it even more! Unlike other emoji crack the code activities, where everyone has the same code and the students all just copy from each other, this set is different! EVERY SINGLE PAGE IN THIS SET IS DIFFERENT!!! There are 78 different versions! Maybe you don’t need that many versions, maybe you only want 4 or 5 different versions, of course that is fine too! Of course they all decode to the same thing but this will definitely reduce copying. Each of the pages decodes to “When you spell well your writing will be grand! Master your list tonight!" While most of my items are geared toward high school psychology I do have some sweet grade school type math assignments with unique problem sets. Note: Somehow TPT thinks these are available as .jpg files, they are not, they are .pdf files. I’m sorry, but it’s not working. I’ve not wanted to admit it to myself, but it’s not been working for quite some time now. And something needs to change. For months now, maybe even a year, I’ve been increasingly uninspired by my own Instagram posts. It’s not that I’ve grown tired of photography. No

About once a month I choose a student to receive the "positive postcard". I actually mail a postcard to their house! They love receiving mail from their teacher. Their parents especially love it...it's sure nice to know that their child is succeeding. {click the picture for the downloads of front of postcard} {Click the picture below to download the back of the postcard} A fellow follower of our blog (Priscilla) shared a great way to buy postcards too (designed by you) on Vistaprint.com! I actually printed my own wedding thank you's (with the help of Air) and sent them out! A lot of things are FREE and you just pay really overpriced shipping. :) I always keep record anytime I send a postcard. I actually keep record of any behavioral problems AND successes that I have in my classroom. I keep them in a binder like this: You can download the cover of this binder by clicking {HERE} The binder has tabs with each students name on it. I keep this sheet in their tab, along with an informational sheet (parents contact info, student allergy info, etc). {click the picture for the download}
A brief worksheet for help you make a plan for exercising this week. Studying and work can often take over our lives, which means the basics slip...I'm guilty of this too! The easy worksheet can help you to start the week well, organising your exercise plan. You may want to use this in the following way: 1. Note the date (I like to plan on a sunday night!) 2. Days of the week to tick off as you go. 3. Make a note of your mood, average sleep and energy levels over the past week! (Let's see if these change over the coming weeks!) 3. Write your workout goals, it can helpful to see these daily. We all need a boost or a reminder of the evenings we really don't want to! 4. Identify what type of exercise you want to do each day, for how long. Maybe even think when it will fit into your day. 5. At the end of the week, you can write your reflections of how you've felt and how it's gone this week. Then, start again on a fresh sheet and keep them to see how far you've come! :) You've got this!

Need a way to creatively reach your student's Speaking and Listening standards? Want to assess ALL students based on their thoughts and not what they are able to write down? Socratic Seminar is an amazing way to assess student understanding and find holes in it, too. In addition, students who have difficulty with writing, but are able to verbalize their thinking will find an even playing field. This seminar on David Wiesner's book, Tuesday, is meant for younger students. I have used it as early as Kindergarten. The questions will need to be scaled back some, maybe only asking one or two. Also, earlier grades focus on the process of seminar and not as much on content. That's not to say that you won't find some very insightful comments occurring in primary seminars. Like anything else, practice makes perfect. You could alternately use this with classes in the intermediate grades if they are just beginning to learn how seminar works. It's very flexible. What you'll get: 1. How-To instructions for those new to facilitating seminar. 2. List of pre and post seminar activities. 3. Seminar Plan (opening, core and closing questions) 4. Post seminar activity sheet 5. Seminar Web sheet (you can use this for all seminars! Just make extra copies!)

What is the decluttering meaning? Decluttering is often confused with organization, cleaning and chore charts.
I spent lots of time brainstorming anything and everything you could possibly imagine about putting together an art space for little kids. We're not even going to get into how many hours I spent on Pinterest in the process, but I digress. Yep, I definitely wanted to. Heck, maybe I needed to. After all, what little kid wouldn't totally love having an art space of their own?
Create your own DIY faux Terrazzo marble wall or floor with our Terrazzo Stencil. Much cheaper than the real thing! And you get to choose the colours your want too! Dizzy Duck Designs Stencils are an effective and inexpensive way to spruce up tired or plain walls, tiles, floors or furniture. We provide a wide range of reusable home decor stencils for painting. Whatever your stencil project, large or small and whatever style you prefer, we’ve got the perfect stencil for the job! PATTERN SIZES Small - 17 x 17 cm (7 x 7") Medium - 24 x 24 cm (9.5 x 9.5") Large - 34 x 34 cm (13.5 x 13.5") X Large - 48 x 48 cm (19 x 19") LARGEST 'BLOB' SIZE: Small: 1.5 x 1.5 cm Medium: 2 x 2.5 cm Large: 3 x 3.5 cm X Large: 4.5 x 5 cm STENCILLING FLOORS 1. Good prep is key! Thoroughly sand and clean first. This will provide a good key for subsequent primers, paints etc. 2. Prime Apply 2 coats of primer. We use Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Primer - it can be used on multiple types of surfaces and is water-based too, so much nicer to work with than oil based primers! 3. Basecoat/Stencilling For the basecoat and stencilling we use normal wall emulsion paint. It is easy to stencil with and to clean off the stencil too. Tape the stencil to the surface using some decorator's tape. For a multi-colour finish you will need a few stencil brushes, ne for each colour. But don't forget to follow the 'Less Is More' paint rule - see below. There are repeat pattern markers on the stencil you can use to create an even allover design. 4. Seal Once stencilled protect all your hard work with several coats of a polyurethane varnish. We use Polyvine Heavy Duty Extreme Varnish. Basic stencil instructions are included with each purchase but do get in touch if you need any more help. STENCILLING WALLS Just follow Steps 2 and 3 above, for Floors. No need to prime or to seal. SPEED UP YOUR PROJECT If you have a larger project maybe buy 2 stencils and save time. Stencils need cleaning after several applications as paint builds up. This causes bleed under the stencil creating blotchy lines which you do not want! To clean the stencil we recommend soaking in warm soapy water until the paint easily rubs off, no vigorous scrubbing needed! Soak one stencil clean while you continue your project with the other stencil. Check out our current multi purchase discounts. LESS IS MORE! The biggest mistake most people make when stencilling is overloading the brush or roller with paint. This will inevitably lead to paint bleeding underneath the stencil and causing blurry edges. You will be surprised how little paint is actually needed! Don’t overload paint onto the brush/roller and rub most of the paint off onto a piece of card before applying to the stencil. Practice first on some spare paper or card before attempting your project. PEOPLE MATTER You don’t just buy a stencil when you buy from Dizzy Ducks! The backbone of our small UK family business has always been providing a high level of customer care. Without you we wouldn’t exist!
