Jealousy is a sting in your heart and soul. You want something that others have. You wish something that belongs to you accord your beliefs, but someone stole it from you. You wish to move someone from your spot because his place is not there; he is level under you. A positive person streams to reach the aim. When your head is full of plans and when your schedule is busy, you have no time to check other's lives. You will check what is important to you and connect with you. Recently a woman made a comment under my book even she did not read it. Her eyes stuck in my cover and title and she said that sounds like a horrible book. Personally, I would feel embarrassed to comment on something I did not read. It just showed the level of her intelligence and bad manners. And do you know when she commented? On Saturday, when people get rest from the week and have a relaxing time. Envious and jealous people often use a weekend to throw their daily frustrations. Some of us are having fun at weekends, others check social networks to provoke. If you are a lonely loser, you will use the weekend to make video calls, to troll, or insult, because nobody called you in real life so someone must pay for this. How jealousy affects you? This feeling is a thorn that stabs you to the heart. You compare yourself with others, even try to copy them, hoping for a day when you will win. The extreme cases will wish someone to get hurt or even die because your object is an obstacle that must be removed. The quote of jealous people is:" If I can't make success, nobody else will." Imagine when your ex-boyfriend finds someone new. If you broke up painfully, you will not be happy to see him with another girl. A mature person will cross over it. This is a pastime. A jealous person will spend days asking for feedback, revenge, or at least a small satisfaction because your relationship failed. Why we should pity jealous people? Jealousy will slow down your progress. Jealousy will steal your time. Jealousy will give points to your rivals, they know you are thinking about them. What is a cure for jealousy? Hard work. When you have a busy schedule, it focuses on this. Success. Celebrating your success will raise your self-esteem. Supportive people around you. You know that someone is happy because you are progressing. Beloved partner. If your partner holds your side, you have no reason to be jealous. The point of jealousy is the fact that you want something that others have, but you are suffering because you can't get it. That is why jealousy is a weakness because it turns you into a fragile target.

“Why do I keep waking up at 3am?” I couldn’t figure it out. It was driving me crazy. I would go to bed exhausted, usually some time between 11:30pm and 1am, sleep a few hours, and then wake up with a mind full of stress, worries, anxiety, negativity, etc. When I looked over at the time, it would be around 3am. It was happening just about every night. It got to the point where any time I woke up, I was like “Oh, it must be 3am” and sure enough, when I looked at the time, it was 3:08 or
