Oceanography - Tides - Are you ready to introduce tides? This resource serves as the perfect introduction and explanation to tides and includes 2 activities! This resource was created for a lower-level high school Oceanography course. Here is how to use this lesson: Warm-Up: The warm-up has students make predictions Notes: Begins with answers to warm-up trivia questions. Followed by 6 slides of basic introductory information about tides. On the last slide of the PPT, there are links to 3 videos that are great!
