Teach your students about their IEP in relation to the transition process! This editable unit provides explicit instruction about transition, walks students through the most important information on their IEPs step by step, and prepares them to attend an IEP meeting. These materials are thoughtfully designed to be compatible as both digital or printed assignments for students. The first two weeks in a special ed classroom are more than academics. Ideas on what to teach, what to practice, and what you should be doing.
