I've been making vodka infusions out of delicious things. Just pick a fruit/root/flower/herb and cover it in vodka. Put it in a jar and give it a shake once a day, then add it to your favorite drinks. From left to right: Habanero vodka (for ass-whomping Bloody Marys) grapefruit black pepper, lemon, cardamom sassafras root wood sorrel (will be mixed with other things to make bitters) chicory flower and root close up on sassafras, sorrel and chicory vodka.
