As we are in the quick winding up scenes of the pre-millennial era, both missionaries and angels are hastening to spread the gospel. One of our hymns teaches us that “angels above us are silent notes taking” of each one of our actions. I’m sure that is true. And when we keep our covenants, they are doing so much more.
In the Catholic sanctuary, the altar is more than a table to hold scripture. It is the altar of sacrifice upon which bread and wine, no different than that which Jesus consecrated at the last supper, are taken by God’s angel to His altar in heaven. From Him we receive the sacred body and blood of His Son. The priest in persona Christi (in the person of Christ) says the words of consecration but the words are of Jesus and the place is the last supper, His passion and Calvary. We are there, along with all the angels and saints of heaven.

Every name of God highlights one aspect of His character. There is only one God, but the biblical writers referred to this one God with many different monikers. One of these names is Elohim. Elohim is one of the most frequently used names for God in the Scriptures. It is this word which is used in Genesis 1:1, “In the beginning [Elohim] created the heavens and the earth.” In fact the word appears some 2,750 times in the Old Testament. What Does Eloim Mean? The term "Elohim" means “supreme one” or “mighty one.” It is not only used of the one true God but is also used on occasion to refer to human rulers, judges, and even angels. If you saw one exhibiting supreme rule and expressed mighty power, the word you would use would be Elohim. That does not necessarily mean that you are referring to the one unique God. But even as one comes to understand Yahweh, you might still grab hold of this particular word, Elohim, in order to emphasize God’s power and might. This is an imperfect illustration of the relationship between Elohim and Yahweh, but perhaps it will capture enough of the thought to be helpful. If a small child sees a furry animal he may very well refer to it as a puppy dog, but as he matures he is able to clearly differentiate between a puppy dog and a kitty. Further maturation might have the child now calling the dog a specific breed—like a beagle. And if the puppy comes to live in the child’s home what once was ‘puppy dog’ will now become ‘my beagle’.In the same way, a person might see a powerful expression and say Elohim. As his knowledge of truth matures Elohim might take upon a specific character, i.e. El Shaddai. And if that knowledge moves into a relationship, Elohim is now identified as Yahweh. So, just as one child might refer to a kitty as puppy, and another refer to his beagle as a puppy, so also one might refer to a cactus as Elohim and another who has full covenant knowledge of Yahweh refer to him as Elohim.Photo Courtesy: Thinkstock
There are many angels of abundance and prosperity whom you can call upon to help you release blockages and manifest prosperity in abundance in your life.
~ Saved By Grace ~ ************************ Hey Y'all... well I'm sure if you are a follower of our blog or our Pinterest Boards .. you have already figured out that we Love the Lord Jesus Christ with all our hearts. We are Christians which basically means we are just everyday people like anyone else in the world the only difference is we believe that there is God and that his Son is Jesus Christ and that he sent his son to walk the earth and die on the cross and become the Savior of the World for those who believe in him (accept him as their savior) and choose to live their lives according to Biblical Standards. I ( Sara) accepted the Lord as my Savior at the age of 12 yrs old. At the time we attended the church "Harvest" under the leadership of Greg Laurie in Riverside, CA. I remember the day like it was yesterday as I was in a Sunday School Class in one of the Brown Portable Trailers , as the church had been growing and these portable trailers were the answer while physical buildings were being planned and put up. I remember the Sunday School Teacher at the end of class sharing with us youngsters the opportunity to accept Christ into our hearts and I remember an overwhelming desire wanting to accept Christ into my heart and to live a life for him. So I said the prayer to ask Christ into my heart that day. It was years later when I was in my late teens that I finally had the courage to walk the aisle in "Big Church".. to profess my walk with God before people as we are called to do in the Bible. This was especially difficult for me as I had always and am still today a shy person not wanting to be watched, stared at etc I am most definitely and introvert .. I'm the girl that likes to just blend in or not be noticed. And Finally when I was 19yrs old I became baptized. Again something I had always wanted but was so shy to do. Paul Havsgard came to our home at that time and in our spa attached to our pool baptized me. The Lord has been part of my life always but especially since I was the age of 12 and accepted him as my savior. He has seen me through the Ups and Downs of my life. From the Happy Moments to some of the saddest moments when life was at it's darkest for me. He has filled me with joy, and blessed me beyond my wildest dreams .. and I wouldn't want to live life without him. I think one important thing I would like to share about being a Christian is that we are not perfect people and that is exactly why we are Christians. Because The Lords Grace and Mercy to forgive us of our sins is immeasurable. He came for the broken and down trodden those who knew they were sinners for those that knew they needed him and were not self sufficient. Christians like anyone else make mistakes in life .. and The Lord asks us to come to him asking for forgiveness of these things and to learn from them and not repeat them .. Also being a Christian doesn't somehow make life all wonderful and Perfect .. Yes the Lord Blesses my Life and helps me through when I read my Bible and scripture and through the help of Christian Teachers and Christian Sisters and Brothers. But that doesn't mean that hardships, hard times, or tragedy is not part of our lives. We are to rejoice in the Good and The Bad times ... using both to bless others and to learn how to become more Christ like. Being a Christian is a process of Growing in knowing and understanding the Lord... in my 40 years on this earth, I can say there hasn't been a moment in time that there hasn't been a lesson to learn a time of growing closer to the Lord and learning how to be a more Godly woman. Being a Christian gives me the peace that when I leave this earth my Eternity will be in heaven with the Lord .. I am so thankful for 2 Loving Parents that chose to bring Christ into their own hearts and to teach their children about Christ. ******************** If your heart is aching for something more in life ..If there's that empty spot that never seems to be filled by anything the world has to offer ..it's because that spot is waiting for the Lord Jesus Christ to fill it ... For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. (John 3:16) If you would like to take the step in accepting Christ into your heart and make the decision to live for him .. Then please visit Dr. David Jeremiahs " Becoming a Christian" Page HERE Dr. Jeremiah is the pastor of Shadow Mountain Church in El Cajon, CA .. he is an upright and amazing man of God that teaches the Bible and it's principles. If you don't have a church home to go to at this time, you can watch him on t.v. Here's a schedule of channels you can find him on HERE He also has a monthly devotional magazine which they will send in paperback to your home or you can receive them in your e-mail in box ..check them out HERE ********************** Here's a Beautiful Devotion from Dr. David Jeremiah Five Words to Live By: Found But we had to celebrate and be glad, because this brother of yours was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found. Luke 15:32, NIV Recommended Reading Luke 15:8-10 Some things only work in pairs: shoes, socks, gloves, the two parts of scissors, the two wings of a bird, the two sides of a coin. And that applies to Jesus' mission in the world: seeking and finding. It makes no sense that Jesus Christ would come into the world to seek those who are lost and not find them. Jesus was criticized by "Pharisees and scribes" for socializing and sharing meals with "sinners" (Luke 15:1-2). Earlier, Jesus had answered their objections in a word: "I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance” (Luke 5:32). "Sinners" were those who needed to be found -- those He came seeking. To amplify the point, He told three stories about "finding." A single sheep was lost and found, a coin was lost and found, and a son was lost and found (Luke 15:3-32). He meant that He associated with sinners -- and found them -- because they knew they were lost; they knew they needed finding, unlike the Pharisees. If you have been found by Jesus, it is because He came seeking you. If you want Him to find you, tell Him you are lost and want to be found. It is only as God seeks us that we can be found of Him. God is seeker rather than sought. Arthur Skevington Wood Blessings .. Sara
Did you know that you can command angels to help you and minister to you? It’s true! The Bible says that angels are assigned the task of helping you and ministering to you. To understand how this works, first know what the Bible says about angels. Here are a few key passages: Psalm 91:11-12 says...
Mormon’s discussion of charity in Moroni 7:45, makes more sense when compared with Paul’s similar description of charity in 1 Corinthians. This makes it clear that charity is patient and kind, isn’t jealous, isn’t arrogant, doesn’t insist on getting his own way, isn’t easily upset, doesn’t hatch evil plots, doesn’t rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices in faithfulness, endures all abuse, never loses faith, is always confident, and remains patient no matter what happens. It also reveals that charity is both the love of God and the highest form of love people have for each other, which is how the word is used in the Book of Mormon.

So, this morning before church, I was sitting in the parking lot in my van while my spirit was at war with the enemy. My mind was going several directions at once and I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that I needed to get some control before I stepped through the doors of our church. I sent a text to Pat and asked her to please pray. She responded that she would pray even before she had her morning coffee! (That's huge!) While she was praying in Michigan, I was praying in Pennsylvania....and then there was a breakthrough. I suddenly felt a huge wave of the presence of the Lord and the tears began to flow at precisely the same time I received a text from Pat which read, "I am at peace. God is touching you right now." OH...the amazing love of our Lord! I was able to attend church...although honestly, it was difficult because the Lord's presence was tangible - it was difficult for me to sit! At one point, our pastor called me out and said she could see God's glory all over me and asked what it was that the Lord had for me to share with the congregation. I was able to share a vision He was giving me - part of which contained the army in the heavens doing battle for us - similar to what Elisha must have seen! What a tremendous blessing! Forever and always I will be amazed at our Great God and how He orchestrates our lives. Here was my dear friend in Michigan, available and willing to pray with me across the miles, and the Lord used her tremendously to impact our little congregation in Pennsylvania. It is now hours later and I'm still basking in the glory of God's presence. He is amazing. I am so glad and humbled to be called a daughter of the Most High. _______________________________________________________ And Elisha prayed, and said, “Lord, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.” Then the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. -II Kings 6:17, NKJV _______________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________
