* This listing is expired but can be downloaded as an example for the current listings found in my store here. If you teach a Social Studies class that ties into current events (and most do) then you will love this resource! It is intended for use with Google Drive and utilizes Google Forms. However, the bell ringers can be printed to paper or copied to a format of your choosing. BACKGROUND: I show CNN10 everyday in my Government classes and frequently in my World History classes as well. Learn about the show here: https://goo.gl/QvcCM5 My students love the program and I think it's great to see them be informed and generate discussions. I realized other teachers would probably enjoy using the bell ringers in class too. Not everyone has the time to pre-watch each episode and create the Forms so I'm happy to help you out! WHAT'S INCLUDED: You will receive a link to a Google Drive Folder that will constantly be updated with pre-made and episode specific Bell Ringers. Each bell ringer contains 3 questions of the Mulitiple Choice or True/False variety that are intended to be used as a viewing guide while they watch. These are graded automatically! Lastly, a 4th question is intended to make the students reflect on what they have seen. The teacher will need to review and grade this response. The forms can be edited as you please! I also include directions to quickly collect grades using Google Sheets. Typically the new bell ringer is added the night before but always by 6am central time the day of a new episode. ***This purchase will include bell ringers for the Fall 2018 semester only (beginning on August 13th). CNN10 will likely have it's last episode of the semester on December 14th. After that last episode airs this resource will be completed and no new content will be added*** Because you will receive fewer Bell Ringers the later into the semester that you purchase this product, the price will be lowered each week. A new listing will be created for Spring 2019
