💫Nutella Stuffed Pancakes💫
THE WORLD'S EASIEST CINNAMON ROLLS 1 packet instant yeast 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1/2 cup Earth balance (vegan butter), divided 1/4 tsp salt 3 cups all purpose flour 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon 1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp sugar, dividedIn a large sauce pan (or in a bowl in the microwave at 30 sec increments), heat the almond milk and 3 Tbsp Earth Balance until warm and melted, never reaching boiling. Remove from heat and let cool to 110 degrees, or the temperature of bath water. It should be warm but not too hot or it will kill the yeast. Transfer mixture to a large mixing bowl and sprinkle on yeast. Let activate for 10 minutes, then add 1 Tbsp sugar and the salt and stir.Next add in flour 1/2 cup at a time, stirring as you go. The dough will be sticky. When it is too thick to stir, transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead for a minute or so until it forms a loose ball. Rinse your mixing bowl out, coat it with canola or grapeseed oil, and add your dough ball back in. Cover with plastic wrap and set in a warm place to rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size (see photo). On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a thin rectangle. Brush with 3 Tbsp melted Earth Balance and top with 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 - 1Tbsp cinnamon.Starting at one end, tightly roll up the dough and situate seam side down. Then with a serrated knife or a string of floss, cut the dough into 1.5 - 2 inch sections and position in a well-buttered 8x8 square or comparable sized round pan (you should have about 10 rolls). Brush with remaining 2 Tbsp Earth Balance (melted) and cover with plastic wrap. Set on top of the oven to let rise again while you preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Once the oven is hot, bake rolls for 25-30 minutes or until slightly golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes and then serve immediately. Optional: Frost with dairy free cream cheese frosting or a simple mixture of powdered sugar and almond milk.

Reeses Peanut Butter No Bake BarsIngredients: 1 cup salted butter (melted) 2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1 cup peanut butter 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 (11 oz) bag milk chocolate chipsInstructions: 1. Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips in a medium sized bowl. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy. 2. Pour peanut butter mixture into a 9 x 13 pan. 3. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave (at 50% power) for 1-2 minutes. Stir chocolate and pour over the peanut butter mixture. Spread chocolate with a spatula. To even out chocolate, tap pan on the counter. 4. Refrigerate bars for one hour. Cut while bars are still cool. Enjoy

😋Nutella Cheesecake💛#tipit Nutella Cheesecake Makes 1 cake | Prep Time: 20 mins | Bake Time: None (refrigerate for at least 4 hours) Ingredients: 10 oz (280 g) graham crackers (digestive biscuits) 5 tablespoons soft unsalted butter 1 13-oz jar Nutella (at room temperature) ¾ cup chopped toasted hazelnuts 1 lb (450 g) cream cheese (at room temperature) ½ cup confectioners’ sugar (sifted)Method: Break the graham crackers (digestives) into the bowl of a processor, add the butter and 15 ml or 1 tablespoon of Nutella, and blitz until it starts to clump. Add 25g/3 tablespoons of the hazelnuts and continue to pulse until you have a damp, sandy mixture. Tip into a 23 cm/9-inch round springform and press into the base either using your hands or the back of a spoon. Place in the fridge to chill. Beat the cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until smooth and then add the remaining Nutella to the cream cheese mixture, and continue beating until combined.Take the springform out of the fridge and carefully smooth the Nutella mixture over the base. Scatter the remaining chopped hazelnuts on top to cover and place the tin in the fridge for at least four hours or overnight.
