You will need: One Lego or Duplo brick per person Hold your brick. Pray for yourself. Thank God for the things he has given you. Ask Him to bless you and to help you to bless others. Count the bumps on your brick. For each bump on your brick, pray for a different person- freinds or family members. Ask God to bless them this week. Find someone who has a different colour brick to you. Thank God for making each person special. Thank him for the thingsthat are different but special about other people. Pray that we will learn how to celebrate and understand people who are different to us. Find someone with the same number of bumps on thier brick as you. Thank God for families and friends and all who care for us. Pray that He will help us to be freinds to those who are lonely. Swap your brick with someone. Thank God for the person you swapped with and ask God to bless them this week. Put all of the bricks together and build a structure or tower with them. Thank God for the church and the communities we live in. Pray that He will help us to include others and to help people know that they are loved and valued.

En puhu nyt mitään kissoista, mutta Johnnyn silmät kyllä liittyy aiheeseen. Kirjoitan tällä kertaa pistaaseista. Rakastan syödä suolattuja ja paahdettuja pistaasipähkinöitä ihan sellaisenaan, mutta myös pistaasijäätelö ja -halva ovat suurta herkkuani. Olis kyllä ehkä syytä opetella syömään myös suolattomia kuivapaahdettuja pistaaseja, koska niiden avulla voi "huijata" kehoa. Avaamalla ja syömällä pähkinän kerrallaan kylläisyyden tunne tulee ennen kuin on ehtinyt syödä liikaa. Tosi paljon muitakin terveydellisiä etuja pistaaseilla on, mutta ei siitä nyt enenpää. Oikeastaan mulla oli tarkoitus kirjoittaa pistaasista värinä, mutta aina mua kiinnostaa tietysti myös kaikki painonhallinta-asiat. ;) Olisin voinut laittaa hyvin edelliseen hyvänmielen postaukseen, että yksi kaikkein tärkeimmistä hyvänmielen tuottajista itselleni on värit. Värien kanssa jaksan pelata ja leikkiä aina. Se on ollut mielipuuhani jo lapsuudesta lähtien. Ensimmäinen varsinainen väreihin liittyvä kokemukseni liittyi juuri vihreään. Sain sellaisen kasvienkeräilykansion, jossa oli eri vihreänsävyjä ihanasti kuin liukuvärjättynä. Asetin kansion näkyvälle paikalle ja huomasin, että sen kauneus korostuu entisestään, jos lisään huoneeni sisustukseen samanlaisia vihreän sävyjä. Olin kai 6 vuotias. Siitä sai alkunsa mun sisustusinnostukseni. En kuitenkaan ole koskaan ollut varsinaisesti mikään vihreänvärin ystävä, eli en pidä perusvihreästä, mutta tykkään kyllä monista muista vihreänsävyistä. Ja pistaasinvihreä on yksi lempiväreistäni, varsinkin keväisin. Mikä sitten on oikea pistaasinvihreä? Googlettamalla löytyi aika paljon erilaisia värisävyjä, mm. noi yllä olevat. Jotkut mieltää pistaasinvihreän enemmän pistaasijäätelön väriseksi, mutta pistaasipähkinän sävy on kyllä kellanvihreä. Pistaaseista inspiroituneena leikin takapihan "studiossa". Pistaasinvihreä sopii mielestäni hyvin viileämpien vihreän sävyjen ja turkoosinvihreän kanssa. Tässä eri vihreänsävyjen tutkielma. Siitä löytyy aika montaakin sävyä, joita itse voisin tilanteesta riippuen nimittää pistaasinvihreäksi. Värisävyt on aika suhteellisia käsitteitä. Ostin kirppikseltä valtavan pussillisen väriliituja. En tiedä tuleeko niille muuta käyttöä, mutta ainakin ne on hyvää rekvisiittaa "studiossani". Tosin niille meinas käydä hiukan köpelösti. Lähdin itse hetkeksi sisälle vilvoittelamaan ja kun palasin, niin liidut olivat alkaneet jo sulamaan räköttävässä auringon paisteessa. Vihreänsävyjen kanssa toimii hyvin myös sen vastavärit. Ja mua on alkanut kovasti miellyttää neonvärit, pitkästä aikaa. Ja nyt niiden uusituleminen on jotenkin hienostuneempi kuin silloin joskus 80-luvulla. Meillä on sisustuksessa ollut jo pidemmän aikaa joitakin Ikeasta hankittuja vihreitä ja pinkkejä tavaroita. Mutta nyt tekee mieli neonvärejä jopa lisää. Ne piristää tosi mukavasti harmaita seiniä. Kuvia luvassa, kunhan ensin saan jotain valmiiksi. Ja lopetetaan siihen mistä aloitettiin. Johnny on aina paikalla jokaisessa puuhassa. ;) *** This post is only in Finnish.
