Geodes, the stunning 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle from WerkShoppe, is a result of artist Laura Van Horne's love of mixed media. Her abstract ink and resin paintings have evolved from years of experimentation with an elixir of inks, pigment, paints and resin used on a variety of substrates. It’s a meditative process, and from this artistic science experiment comes images resembling geodes, human cells, irises or sea life.
