When we visited the beach by the lighthouse, we noticed several Osprey nests. As we walked by a tree on the shore, we noticed an Osprey perched in a tree just a few feet from where we were. This magnificent bird let me approach and photograph for nearly a half an hour. Someone later told me it was probably a young Osprey that hadn't yet developed a fear of humans.
