Składniki: 2 placki tortilli 1 mały pomidor 4 garście startego żółtego sera 1 mała cebula wędlina (u mnie podsmażone wcześniej salami) 4 garście poszatkowanej kapusty pekińskiej szczypta soli 3 szczypty pieprzu kolorowego Wykonanie: Pomidora kroimy w pół plastry, cebulę w pióra, salami lub inną wędlinę jeśli macie ochotę można wcześniej podsmażyć. Placek tortilli kładziemy na rozgrzaną patelnie, zmniejszamy ogień, następnie równomiernie obsypujemy startym żółtym serem (połowę tego co macie). Rozprowadzamy równomiernie po całej powierzchni kapustę pekińską, pokrojonego pomidora, cebulę, salami, przyprawiamy i na górę dodajemy ponownie starty ser.
