"B17" bookshelf by Pierre Chapo, circa 1967, in French elmwood. One of the most iconic piece of Pierre Chapo (1927-1986). In 1967, Pierre Chapo presented new creations at the Salon des Arts Ménagers, exhibiting the B17 bookshelf for the first time. This bookcase is fixed to the wall freeing up a lot of living space. The bookshelf, whose presence surprises by its discretion and elegance, by the harmony of the lines between the uprights and the shelves (in 50 mm sections) is accentuated by the originality of the support system. Supports, as their name implies, normally prop up the shelves of a piece of furniture or else the jutting parts of buildings. Pierre Chapo decided not to take this universal law into account and modeled a support that fits into the upright, which means the shelf can be solidly fixed under its support. In a balance between gravity and the forces at play, the more weight goes on the shelf, the better its components slot into the upright. The wall unit is in the French Campagne style of which Chapo was an important exponent, together with Charlotte Perriand. A few years ago, I was looking at the library for a new audiobook that we could listen to in the car. I picked up a book titled The Penderwicks: A Summer Tale of Four Sisters, Two Rabbits, and a Very Interesting Boy by Jeanne Birdsall. We fell in love with the Penderwick sisters immediately. We’ve gone on

NOTE: This is 3 PDF files. Digital download items. NOT physical items. You will NOT receive an envelope or parcel in the mail. You download your items after your purchase then print out the bovis scales on a printer. If you print out and laminate the pages then they will last a long time. A Bovis Scale Biometer is a tool used to measure life force energy levels of people, objects, places, food and medicines and any other keepsakes, good luck charms, and any other substance. Pictures of people and pets and places also work for getting a life force reading. 6500 is considered a neutral reading ( also the reading for human beings) above 6500 is positive and health enhancing and below 6500 is negative and weakening. Places on Earth should be between 7000 to 18000 units. This is the necessary unit reading for the maintenance of life. Bovis was a French physician, whose research was oriented towards creating a tool to find out if food is nurturing for the human body or not. The linear Bovis Scale has a maximum reading of 100000 units in order to measure objects that may be used as good luck charms or objects that emit positive energy to carry with you or to be placed in your home. This Bovis Scale can utilize a copper wire or coat hanger ( that you would need to provide if you choose to use it) placed along the spine of the Bovis Scale Biometer. Then the object or picture of a person is placed on the end of the Bovis Scale touching the metal wire. ( You don't have to use a copper wire or coat hanger if don't want to, but it seems to enhance the reading of the scale. Similar to improved results from the use of copper or brass dowsing rods instead of wood or plastic.) There are numerous ways to use this scale and some will say your pendulum needs to rotate clockwise or counter clockwise when you use it. I don't believe there is a proper rotation. What ever you believe to be positive rotation is the correct rotation. Then while advancing slowly along the Bovis scale units with your pendulum rotating ; where the pendulum starts rotating in the opposite direction, is the reading on the scale for what you are testing. You will have to do your own research and provide your own literature on the subject to optimize your usage of these Bovis Scales. The circular Bovis scale has readings between 0-14000 units, and has an open space for you to experiment with. There is also a yes no and maybe area for the use with a dowsing rod made from a copper wire or coat hanger that you provide. Instructions for the size and where to bend the wires is provided. How to generally use the gauges is provided, but there is too much information for me to provide. These are just tools. You will need to provide your own literature on the subject. There are many videos online on the subject. The third half moon shaped Bovis Scale has a maximum reading of 100000 units in order to measure objects that may be used as good luck charms or objects that emit positive energy to carry with you or to be placed in your home. Place the object near the Bovis Scale that you wish to test. Using a pendulum or a necklace as a pendulum, let the pendulum swing back and forth, lengthwise along the base line, moving forward slowly along the numbers, concentrating on the object your measuring. When you reach the number that is the result, then the pendulum will change direction and swing perpendicular to the line. You can also utilize the Yes and No directions for answering questions with your pendulum. You will have to do research to optimize your usage of this Bovis Scale. There is too much information for me to provide. These are just the tools. You will need to provide your own literature on the subject. NOTE: 3 Bovis Scale Biometers are digital downloads that you print from your computers printer after your purchase. No physical items will be mailed to you.

Hi bloggy friends! I can't believe it's been over a month since I last posted. When I started this blog, I really had intentions of posting more regularly. But I guess I'm not as on top of things as I'd like to be. Besides being swamped at school (like I'm sure all of you are too), I was super sick with pneumonia for awhile and still have bronchitis. Needless to say, I'm so ready for winter break so that I can get some extra rest and spend lots of time with my boys. Anyways, I was so excited that my summarizing organizer was helpful to many of you! Thanks a bunch for all of the positive comments! Someone asked if I have the same organizer for nonfiction and unfortunately, I do not; however, here is an organizer that I have my kiddos use when reading nonfiction text. From this organizer, my students then write a summary. Main Idea Organizer I have created a graphic organizer to help with summarizing biographies. It also comes from some ideas I learned at a training with Kathy Bumgartner (www.kbumreading.com). Summarizing a Biography Also, this week we wrapped up our literature circles and the kids got to pick three activities from a Tic-Tac-Toe style menu that they'd like to complete. They had so much fun and their products were so creative (I've really got to start taking pictures). Here's a copy of the Tic-Tac-Toe. The activities can be used with any stories! Literature Circle Final Projects Ok, so that's it for now. I have been getting some creative ideas from other blogs out there and wanted to give back a little something! If you can use any of these activities, I'd love to hear your plans for them!
