My middle guy, my E, is three now. He is all energy and angst, moving from cheerful and smiling to angry and destructive faster than a political meme earns angry reactions on Facebook. I've realized that beyond a good night's sleep, keeping a regular schedule is so good for my toddler. We can curb meltdowns
Using a kindergarten loop schedule has been my number one organizational hack for our homeschool year. We're never behind and always focused!

Let's learn about the human body! This fun and super simple printable anatomy game is a great way to introduce your preschool and kindergarten aged kids to the subject of anatomy. Match the organs to their shadows and labels on the front of the game, then turn it over and read through the anatomy fun facts included with the game (you can print this on a separate page if you'd prefer). Perfect for your science station, as a busy binder activity, or as a great addition to your homeschool curriculum. This game is also a great way to share with your little ones how loved we are by our Creator with Psalm 139:13-14 displayed on the front. I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, And my soul knows it very well." ::: I N S T A N T ♥ D O W N L O A D ::: **This is a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD. I'm trying to help my students be more aware of the grading process in art. Sometimes I get the feeling they think its just a place to come in and play around without learning or being held accountable for the work they do. I've had a rubric for a while based on what I saw in another teachers room, but I vamped it up a bit and made it poster size to hang in my room for the kids to see. It's so colorful! The pink arrow is detached. Previously there were only three faces, I added that last one with hearts to show that they can always do better than their best. The pictures are a great visual that can help kids see what it should look like. The four main areas they are graded on. A type of self assessment. This anchor chart is going to be laminated in the morning, then I'll attach some magnets to the back of it and the "Check my effort" mark so I can move it around and so can the kids. Do you have a great way to assess your students? Share it please!
