Arroz Caldo is a hearty and wholesome comfort food meal you need to try. If you're not familiar with the dish, it's a Filipino rice porridge traditionally made with chicken. We are swapping the animal protein for a plant-based alternative to make this dish vegan.

I grew up eating this dish and it’s something that I love to have with ‘bagoong’ or shrimp paste. It’s also a dish usually enjoyed by my family together whether there’s a special occasion or not. It’s perfect for sharing and is best enjoyed with some rice!
Today we are veganizing the famous Kapampangan dish, sisig! This recipe is made with crispy tofu mixed with spicy peppers and other aromatics and is packed with so much flavor! Crispy tofu is used in place of meat but don't let that fool you; it's crispy, delicious, and easy to prepare.
