I guess everybody knows this motif but probably not everyone knows that the wave (seigaiha) symbol/pattern was originally used in China on ancient maps to depict the sea. Seigaiha/sea waves are a symbol of peace and happiness,. Lovingly put together sheep's clothing from a flock that lives between Flensburg and Husum with 3 layers of Merino (DE) on the back. The wool comes from an organic farm in Schleswig-Holstein. Easy to care for. Washable. Decorative. Suitable as a seat pad for indoors and outdoors. This “fur” is made of 100% sheep’s wool from still living sheep (fleece after sheep shearing). The back is felted with 3 layers of light merino wool from the fleece. Also suitable as a small carpet (play corner), underlay on table and cupboard for favorite decoration. Intended as a seat cover or cushion in the garden or at home. Also suitable to take along on a hike (seat pad at the picnic area and by the sea). It can also be used as a seat pad in a stroller. It takes up less space than a fur with a leather back. And if something goes wrong: Simply wash in the wool program with wool detergent. It cools in the summer and warms when it gets uncomfortable outside. Every now and then it is also a great photo opportunity for the treasures collected on the beach and in the forest. And if you have your eye on the little four-legged friends: It is also suitable as a place to sleep and cuddle. I felted this fur from freshly shorn sheep's wool (raw wool) with water, sheep's milk soap and lots of love and patience. Every now and then you will find tiny bits of straw and other dry plant parts in it. This is a quality feature of this handmade product. The size is approx. 60 cm x 35 cm. Slight color variations are possible depending on the screen. I do not show any sales tax on the invoice (§ 19 UStG). I ship everything via DHL. Colour: off-white Already washed twice in the washing machine using the wool program (commercially available wool detergent, spin speed: 600 rpm). If possible, do not comb. Shaking it out, airing it and tugging it with your fingers is enough in most cases. Care instructions / washing instructions are included with the product. All prices quoted are final prices plus delivery/shipping costs. Due to my status as a small business according to Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), I do not charge sales tax and therefore do not show it. Decoration is for illustration purposes only and is not part of the offer 🎈
