Campbell Addy is a fashion photographer based in New York City. He is most noted for his portraits of Kendall Jenner, FKA Twigs, and Tyler, the Creator. He has been featured in Dazed Magazine and Rolling Stone. Recently Prestel announced the publication of a photography book by Campbell titled, Feeling Seen. The hardbound coffee table-sized book has a forward written by Edward Enninful of British Vogue. From the press release, Addy balances his own experiences as a queer, Black photographer who left his Jehovah’s Witness family home at sixteen with broader questions of identity, intimacy, and art which face many creatives today. Charged with energy, compassion and authenticity, this inaugural monograph signals a major talent whose influence and stature will only grow with time. Born in London, Lina Iris Viktor merges hip hop and high fashion with Art Nouveau patterns to create bold artworks that scream contemporary pop expression. Many of her designs contrast soft swirls and sharp peaks, referencing motifs used to convey the mood of spiritual and technological progress of the early 20th century. Viktor however, is perhaps best known for her use of 24k gold. The artist, who has an interest in astrophysics and theater, uses the luxury material to elicit the same guttural response of awe that viewers have expressed towards uses of gold for centuries, such as in Byzantine icons.
