Bernie-tales would have been captured in fire-side stories and ballads, memorized, embellished and spread throughout the land by traveling minstrels.His heroic story would be passed down for decades and centuries. Generations of young people would be inspired to go forth and set their own sparks loose in the world.And so it is today. We need to celebrate our heroes. It's in our DNA.
