There are two different meanings of “Fairy Faith.” First, it simply refers to the old folkloric belief in fairies, and the practices found therein. The second meaning is found in modern paganism.

Francesca at Framberry Events was inspired by a Japanese cherry blossom garden for the concept for this Japanese themed kids birthday party.
We recently celebrated Rosie's 3rd birthday with the an absolutely beautiful enchanted fairy themed party! I cannot believe that the baby of our family is three! As you know I absolutely love children’s birthday parties, especially spoiling my children and their friends with a wonderful day. There was so much excitement in our house during the lead up to Rosie's special day. When planning a party I like to have a theme as find that it give me direction in the planning, and of course is really fun. When choosing the theme, first of all I come up with some ideas based on what the children like at the moment, and then I give them the options to choose from. We recently visited Disneyland in California where we met Tinker Bell, my girls absolutely loved her, so I knew that a fairy would be very popular amongst them. The children also really enjoyed the movie Pete Pan and Wendy which was recently out of Netflix. They all jumped on the idea of an enchanted fairy theme, so we got to planning.
A place to store all the things that delight me.

This party has been a long time in the making. Ever since I saw fairy parties on Pinterest I knew I HAD to do one. I finally got my chance on my oldest baby's 4th birthday. I'm lucky she likes fairies ;) haha. First, I bought some fairy wings at Dollar Tree. You've got to snag these when you see them because they only have them every once and a while. I knew I wanted to do some type of wand and I thought bubbles would be fun. I found this cute pack of colorful bubble wands at Walmart. Our little fairy guests were free to pick their wings and wands as they came in. I didn't come with this idea, I saw it on Pinterest, but I loved the idea of painting little fairy houses! I got the girls these little wood bird houses from Hobby Lobby and they had a blast painting them! My mom picked up these cute painting aprons from the Dollar Tree. Our treat table turned out so cute! Our cupcakes were chocolate with chocolate frosting with crushed oreos for dirt and we stuck a mint leaf in it to look like a little plant. The little "Happy Birthday" banner is from Zurchers. I would like to take credit for the table but really it was all my mom. She is a genius at making a tablescape. We put out grapes, crackers, veggies, bread, and dip. We also had little cups with berries, homemade whipped cream, and pretzels to be our little "twigs and berries." The balloon "4" and the flower banner are also from Zurchers. When it wasn't blowing around crazy in the wind, it looked pretty dang cute! My little birthday girl looked so cute! If you're wondering, the little flower headband and her cute top are from H&M (my fav!). I love parties. They are always stressful to put together but in the end it is always so worth it. I hope I'm creating little magic moments that she can look back on and remember. I'm going to go sleep the rest of the week now :) Thanks for stopping by friends!
