This leaf belt pouch has a removable strap so you can wear it messenger bag crossbody style or hang it as a pouch from your own belt. You can even slip the long strap around your hips for a lightweight hip bag. Charming Elven flair for Renaissance Fairs or LARPing and cosplay. Beautifully detailed stitching with a lightly quilted flap. The center veining of the leaf has ridges sewn into the fabric for detail and texture. Unisex style, woodland vibe. I really think this is a good design for both men and women. The strap can adjust from 49" long down to 29". The strap is removable from the two snapping loops on the back - the loops can be threaded onto your own belt and go as wide as 2 1/2 inches. Main pocket is zippered and measures 6" wide by a tapered 7 1/2" deep, with a 1 1/2" side gusset. There is a flat open pocket (no zipper) in front of the main pocket for things you need easy access to. The backside has a flat zippered secret pocket. So that's 3 pockets total, 2 are zippered and one is an easy access flat pocket with no zipper. Choice of green, black, or brown cotton canvas with light tan stitching. Plum has slightly grey stitching for a dusky moonlight effect. *If you choose to try it with the slender strap around your waist 'utility belt' style - please note how this pulls the tabs to the side. Great for renaissance faire, LARP, cosplay, medieval, and viking costumes. Easily add as many accessories to it as you need like skirt hikes, mug holders, and belt pouches for holding all your essentials. This listing is for the belt only. Other accessories can be purchased separately.This belt is made from high quality authentic cow leather and finished with an ornate metal tip. Our brown belts are finished with bronze colored hardware and our black belts are finished with gunmetal colored hardware.SIZING: This belt is available in multiple lengths: 51" and 72". Model is wearing is 51" belt and has a 25" waist. We recommend at least 10 inches for tying the belt loop, so the correct belt length to get would be your waist measurement + 10 inches + how much you want the belt to hang down from your waist. If you are unsure which length to get, you can simply measure around your waist and see where the measuring tape will fall for each length.
Elven utility belt with leaf pockets. Fine enough to wear with your grandest garb to Renaissance Faires, forest strolls, festivals. A beauty of a belt with detailed stitching and texture on the leafy pockets. Very flattering (and practical) if you are going skyclad. ~ SIZE ~ Multiple snap adjustments fit 34 - 44 inches (think in terms of your largest hip/butt measurement and subtract about 1 inch, that's the sweet spot.) I offer a free extension strap to fit sizes larger than 44", please request it on your order. If you specify your aprox hip measurement on the order I will ship the belt already snapped to your size to give you a head start in fitting. ~ POCKET SIZE ~ There's 2 pockets topped with detailed flaps and zippers. 6" wide and a tapered 6 " long. The sides of the pockets have a 1" gusset/cargo depth. This fits my Samsung Galaxy 7 nicely. There are 2 MORE pockets hidden on the back sides. Flat and zipper topped - excellent for large bills, credit cards, precious things. My phone also fits in these pocket, they are slightly smaller than the main pockets. ~ COLORS ~ I use a smooth brushed cotton canvas, it feels a little like suede. Snaps and rings are an antiqued mellow brass. Black and brown canvas have tan detail stitching. Plum canvas has soft cool gray stitching like moonlight. Green canvas has a choice of subtle stitching in black, or contrast stitching in tan. I used my light quilting technique to create an organic feel to the surface of the leaves. There's also raised ridge sewing to give texture to the leaf veins. The center panel and leaf flaps have beautifully scalloped edges. Overall, it's a totally Rivendell worthy design. The detailed center panel is flattering in the back - but you can also use it as a center front piece too. The pockets are designed to ride on your sides where your hands can easily reach them, but by rotating the belt you can fine-tune where you want your pockets to sit. Smaller size have some disadvantages with utility belts since the size of the pockets need to take up a certain amount of space. This is a pattern, and not the finished product! The pattern is available in English (US) and in French (FR). The leaf pouch measures approximately 6,5 inches tall and is crocheted with a 5 mm (H-8) and a 3,5 mm (E-4) crochet hooks. The instructions for the belt are from size S to size XL, but are easily adjustable if you need a smaller or bigger size (details on how to are in the pattern). To make this pattern you will need 2 skeins of dark brown or moss green yarn, 1 skein of orange or dark green yarn, 1 skein of light green or yellow/gold yarn, some orange, green, beige and yellow yarn for the details, a tapestry needle and a wooden button. This quiver was made after order and is SOLD already. I post here all the quivers we create, so you can see the different designs and color combinations. Each quiver is tailored to the size and the needs of the client and is unique. This very special item holds 24 to 36 arrows*, a bow, fixed with straps to the shoulder pad and a knife, comfortably fixed in a pad on your chest. The item has a detachable pouch made of soft leather. You can put the pouch on your belt when you take it off the quiver. The pouch is 8" high, 5" wide and 2" deep The quiver body is made of white leather and is re-enforced at the top and bottom with leather pieces with tooled designs on them. The designs were provided by the client and are copyright protected. There is a fur on the top inside of the quiver to keep your arrows silent. The whole item is made of quality leather and we re-enforced the pads making them from two leather layers. It is steady and comfortable. All buckles, snap hooks, metal rings and rivets are antiqued brass and it gives a very special look to the whole ensemble. This item will serve you for a lifetime. *Broadhead arrows need a special re-enforcement of the quiver, so they don't tear through the leather, which makes the quiver slightly more expensive. Please specify if your arrows are broadhead or not. There are many other options for creating a combined quiver.
