Mostly I love fabric and fibre. My current obsessions are natural botanical and indigo dyeing as well as loom weaving. I always have crochet as a back up for smaller projects – I love making little crochet cosies for beach collected pebbles and other whimsical things like that! I’m self-taught in my creative arts practice; but grew up in a very creative environment where both my parents encouraged our artistic and crafty skills. I was lucky to go to a community Steiner school that gave me a basis for my colour-loving passions and creative ways.
