⁉️ Nerve Pain at the front of the thigh? ⚡ It may be due to irritation of the femoral nerve, which originates from the lumbar spine (low back) and is formed by nerve roots L2-L4 🎯 The femoral nerve supplies sensory input to the front of the thigh and motor input to the hip flexors and quadriceps 🚨 If you experience pain, numbness or tingling in this region, performing femoral nerve mobilization exercises, like the ones shown here, may help!
