Sie besuchte die örtliche Schule und zog anschließend mit ihrer Familie nach Mt. Allen. Mt. Allen liegt etwa 200 km nordwestlich von Yuendumu. Emily besuchte oft ihre Freunde in Yuendumu und bei einer dieser Gelegenheiten lernte sie ihren zukünftigen Ehemann Timothy kennen. Sie heirateten 1984. Später zog sie nach Nyirripi, wo sie und ihr Mann heute leben. Sie haben fünf Kinder und ein Enkelkind. Emily malt seit 2001 bei der Warlukurlangu Artists Aboriginal Corporation, einem von den Aborigines geführten Kunstzentrum. Als sie jung war, schaute sie ihrer älteren Schwester beim Malen zu. Sie malt die Jukurrpa-Geschichten ihres Großvaters, Yarungkanyi Jukurrpa (Mt Doreen Dreaming); und die Träume ihres Vaters, Warlukurlangu Jukurrpa (Feuerträumen), Geschichten, die mit dem traditionellen Land ihres Vaters und Großvaters, seinen Merkmalen und Tieren verbunden sind. Diese Geschichten werden seit Jahrtausenden weitergegeben. The ALD 911SC is a fully restored 1978 Porsche 911 Super Carrera. The vehicle features an olive green factory Porsche exterior color, auxiliary lights on the bonnet, 16” factory Fuchs wheels as well as a fully functional roof rack. The centerpiece of the vehicle is the fully custom interior, featuring a combination of full grain cowhide leathers and bouclé fabric throughout. Vintage Persian rugs are used for the floor mats as well as the lower door panels while the headliner is covered in perforated buffalo bull suede. Bespoke seats have been restored with a bouclé outer along with a total full grain leather center and the driver seat finished with wooden beads by Recaro.
