An der Wand wo ich die wichtigsten Handwerkzeuge aufhänge, war aufgrund dessen das sich immer mehr ansammelt, ein kleines Durcheinander. Da mir dies nicht mehr gefiel, beschloss ich alles neu zu machen und ich entschied mich für das in Amerika weit verbreitete "French Cleat Storage System". _____________________________________________________________________________ Blogpost enthält Werbung - Mit * gekennzeichnete Links sind affiliate Links** "French Cleat Storage System" bedeutet übersetzt etwa "doppelarmiges Verstauungssystem". Der Begriff "Cleat" zu deutsch "Klampe" kommt aus der Schifffahrt und ist ein doppelarmiger Haken zum befestigen von Tauen. In der Werkstatt umgesetzt befestigt man eine Leiste oder auch mehrere dessen Oberkante zu 45 Grad abgeschrägt ist. Die einzelnen Halter haben das passende Gegenstück an der Rückseite welches sich dann von oben angesetzt an die Leiste der Wand einsetzt. Durch die 45 Grad Gehrung auf beiden Teilen zieht sich der Werkzeughalter an die Wand heran und sitzt somit recht fest. Dies war natürlich ein Musterstück woran ich das System selbst erstmal ausprobiert habe. _____________________________________________________________________________ Dann ging es los. Ich habe mit der Tischkreissäge Multiplexstreifen von 9mm Materialstärke und einer Breite von 100mm geschnitten. Diese wurden anschließend zu 45 Grad aufgetrennt sodass ich ein etwa 30mm breites Stück und einen Streifen von ca. 70mm als Grundhalter hatte. Zudem habe ich weitere 100mm breite Streifen geschnitten die ich zusätzlich für die Halter benötige. _____________________________________________________________________________ Nachdem ich die 70mm breiten Streifen alle zugeschnitten hatte, wurden die Bohrungen für die Befestigung gleichmäßig ausgeführt und gesenkt. Anschließend habe ich drei Reihen dieser Grundhalter an die Wand geschraubt. Der Abstand beträgt 170mm. _____________________________________________________________________________ Jetzt konnte ich endlich mit den eigentlichen Haltern beginnen. Diese habe ich meist im gleichen Prinzip gefertigt sodass es später einheitlich aussieht wenn die Halter dicht aneinander hängen. So habe ich stets an einem 100mm breiten Stück Multiplex an der Rückseite die winkelige Leiste erst mit Heisskleber gegen verrutschen fixiert und dann mit kleinen Schrauben (3,5x16) zusätzlich befestigt. Dann konnten die eigentlichen Halter gebaut und ebenfalls befestigt werden. Generell habe ich alles mit Heisskleber geklebt und stark belastete Teile mit Schrauben verschraubt. Selbst 9,5mm starkes Multiplex lässt sich sicher verschrauben wenn dies zuvor mit 2mm vorgebohrt wurde. Zum verschrauben habe ich meist Schrauben mit einem Durchmesser von 3,0mm verwendet. _____________________________________________________________________________ Die erste Halterung sollte für meine 2 kleinen GSR Mx2drive Akkuschrauber sein. Die Bohrungen wurden mit der Oberfräse und dem 45 Grad Fräser abgeschrägt damit die Schrauber passgenau darin sitzen. _____________________________________________________________________________ Als nächstes habe ich ein Halter für die Schraubendreher gebaut Die hintere Reihe habe ich etwas erhöht damit die Schraubendreher besser einzusehen sind. Ausserdem ist die Lochreihe zur vorderen versetzt. _____________________________________________________________________________ Nun habe ich das kleine Ladegerät aufgehängt _____________________________________________________________________________ Die so genannten Bench Cookies bekamen auch ihren Platz an der Wand _____________________________________________________________________________ Ebenso die Zangen Die vordere Leiste verhindert das die Zangen auseinander gehen. _____________________________________________________________________________ Viele Teile habe ich in Handarbeit gefertigt. Kleine Reststücke konnten dabei stets verwendet werden. Bloß nichts wegwerfen... _____________________________________________________________________________ Jetzt war das Haltebrett für die Ring- Maulschlüssel an der Reihe Die haltenden Buche Dübel sollten schräg nach oben in der Halterung sitzen damit die Schlüssel nicht so leicht herunterfallen. Dazu habe ich am Bohrständer kleine Keile unter das Werkstück gelegt um so einen vordefinierten Bohrwinkel zu einzuhalten. _____________________________________________________________________________ Eine kleine Box dient zur Aufbewahrung von Stiften, Scheren und sonstigen Kleinteilen Diese ist komplett auf Gehrung geschnitten und verleimt. Innen befindet sich eine Unterteilung _____________________________________________________________________________ Auch das Telefon sollte wieder seinen Platz finden _____________________________________________________________________________ Dies ist ein größerer Halter für die wichtigsten Meßwerkzeuge. Es finden nicht alle ihren Platz da ich weitere in der Werkzeug L-Boxx integriert habe. _____________________________________________________________________________ Hier eine einfache Ablage für die Bosch PKP 7,2 _____________________________________________________________________________ Eine Ablage für das Bohrerkästchen _____________________________________________________________________________ Hier hängt der Hammer! _____________________________________________________________________________ Die kleine Dozuki Compact 180 kann in ihre Vorrichtung gesteckt werden _____________________________________________________________________________ Das Iphone sollt natürlich auch noch ein Plätzchen an der Wand bekommen _____________________________________________________________________________ Der Vorteil an dem ganzen System besteht für mich darin, dass es immer erweitert weden kann. Kommen neue Werkzeuge hinzu, kann problemlos ein passender Halter dazu gebaut und integriert werden. Durch das versetzen der einzelnen Vorrichtungen kann alles immer wieder neu gestaltet und den Bedürfnissen angepasst werden. Trotz der von mir gewählten dünnen Materialien von nur knapp 10mm hängen die einzelnen Teile stabil an der Grundleiste. Das 100mm breite Brett welches an der Grundleiste anlehnt, verhindert ein herauskippen und die Last wird nach unten gedrückt. Selbst Schränke und Regale lassen sich mit diesem System an die Wand hängen. Die vorerst fertige Wand sieht dann wie folgt aus.
