Dopo il ciambellone con farina di castagne ho approfittato di quella che mi è rimasta per preparare anche questi biscottini. La ricetta è tratta dal blog Antroalchimista e mi è piaciuta l'idea di usare sia la farina che il miele di castagno che ne rafforza il sapore. Inoltre per renderli più carini vengono ripassati nel cocco. Simpatica l'idea e ottimo il risultato... INGREDIENTI Farina 00 100 g Farina di castagne 150 g Cacao in polvere 2 cucchiai Uova intere 1 Zucchero di canna 80 g Miele di castagno 50 ml Olio di semi 80 g Latte 80 g Lievito per dolci 7 g Cocco rapè q.b. PROCEDIMENTO Mettere tutti gli ingredienti in un mixer (tranne il cocco) e impastare rapidamente. Formare delle palline di impasto da 20 g, farle rotolare nel cocco e disporle su una teglia ricoperta di carta forno. Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per circa 15 minuti.
