I about fell over when I saw this jaw dropping set of 8 carved wood hoof dining chairs. These are so similar to the iconic John Dickinson 'Etruscan chairs'. I am a lover of hoof pieces and we have sold 2 hoof benches and an incredible pair of ottomans. This set is incredible. I can only find one set of 8 that sold. Those were also in the Dickinson style.. The wood is a whitewash. I see no condition issues. You might choose to make them more white. The diamonds are beige and brown. The tops of the chairs have some discoloration. These look newly upholstered underneath. There is no label. This is a killer look and you won't see this everywhere. Very dramatic! The great part is from the back the design still stands out. Condition; Wood and finish can be used as is. Most of our customers choose their own fabric. Crafted from satinwood featuring turned and fluted columns, artichoke finials, fluted head and footboard, and turned tapered feet. The headboard has inset cane, which is perfectly intact. It is tan with original blue accents, finished with French Provincial speckling, ready to enjoy now or repaint in your color choice. A 1950’s era “Bachelor’s Chest of Drawers” designed by Russell Wright for Conant Ball Furniture Company. It is made of maple, and in great condition for its age. This small bachelor dresser would find excellent usage as a home bar as well. This dresser constituted part of a bedroom furniture set, which includes a longer chest of drawers that we have listed here as well. A lovely, vintage Mid-Century Modern walnut end table designed by Stewart MacDougall and Kipp Stewart for Drexel's Declaration collection, dating from the late 1950s. The occasional table features natural walnut with gorgeous grain patterns. The top is floating style and has rounded corners.
