What an incredible start the Sale-a-Bration! You are all super excited about the joining special and so you should be! Woo Hoo!! I have had 6 new Crazy Crafters join my team and I am so thrilled because I know they are going to have a fabulous time being part of our team. Yesterday I recorded my Facebook live video that I made so that if you couldn't come along live, you could still be part of my video! I made this card today using the Dear Doily Bundle - I love the Crushed Curry and Basic Black together! Stunning! However, during my live many came up with ideas of what you could do with colours. Instead of the Whisper White background you could use any number of colour combinations. Some were thinking Crumb Cake with Vanilla - or Highland Heather... I thought of Gorgeous Grape! It is such a simple and easy card to make - Check out my Facebook live recording here - Here is the card with it's dressed up envelope. So pretty! It’s time for the great challenges at the Sisterhood of Crafters to begin a new year. Terri is our wonderful host and has chosen the theme, “Make It Sparkle.” Isn’t that so much fun?! Doilies remind me of my Nana. She used to set the table beautifully especially for high tea on a Sunday and a doily was always tucked underneath a delicious chocolate cake! These doilies from the Doily Builder Thinlits Dies are simply elegant and the delicate sprig of flowers from the Dear Doily Stamp Set are perfect with them. The background Whisper White cardstock has been embossed with the Subtle Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. The sentiments, both stamped and die cut, are from the Well Said Bundle. It's one of those "must have" sets! The bow on this card was created by water colouring a piece of Shimmery White Cardstock with Melon Mambo ink and then die cutting it. Water colouring it gave a softer effect. The die cut sentiments have been cut several times to create height and I've used Multipurpose Adhesive sheets to do this. It is must quicker and easier than gluing them. I've also used three black sequins from the Metallics Sequin Assortment on both cards. I cased this card from Pinterest but changed it a bit. This card is made using the Dear Doily Bundle. It comes with a stamp set and a great set of doily dies. I just love it! I know my sentiment is a little crooked but oh well, what can you do? I used Pineapple Punch and Mint Macaroon for the main colors. The flowers were sponged with inks and die cut with one of the dies from this set. This is going to be one of the cards we will be doing at my next class on March 13th! Happy Stamping! Stamper Gyrl!

A dog might think that it would be smarter to make a lot of sympathy cards at one time. Is that what you do? Instead, Ann usually makes them as she needs them. She tries to make them for the person
