Custom-painted 62cm Rambouillet by Rivendell Bicycle Works (RBW), handbuilt in Toyo Japan. It's a "stock" frame; full geometry specifications are here (p. 15). RBW gave the frame custom paint in a rust orange with cream accents -- a variant of "Quickbeam orange" according to Keven at RBW. This was about the fastest/lightest Rivendell possible before the introduction of the Rodeo. Hence the Shimano Ultegra drivetrain and brakes.
