Hello Crafty Friends, Welcome to the final Stampin' Up! 2019 Artisan Design Team Blog Hop. It has been an absolutely mind blowing year and I feel so honoured to have been given this amazing opportunity. I am extremely appreciative for all the support we have received and feel immensely grateful to call all the ladies on the Team, my very special friends. We are going out with a bang so be sure to hop all the way through as we have so many incredibly inspiring ideas using the Tags Tags Tags Bundle and the Mini Curvy Keepsake Bundle or both! Here's a sneak peak.... The creations I have to share with you today were inspired by one of my daughters favourite first books - the very hungry caterpillar. She read (sucked on and maybe even ate) the book to the point I swear it was growing things on the torn page edges lol. Knowing that it is still a favourite for children today, I decided to create a caterpillar inspired projects using the Mini Curvy Keepsake Bundle. To create the Caterpillar, I have die cut the Mini Curvy Keepsake Box from Bermuda Bay and Granny Apple Card. The face has been constructed from different sized circle dies and punches. A few Glitter enamel dots in Granny Apple Green and Coastal Cabana have been added to the body and eyes. The hungry Caterpillar has to have an Apple to eat, right? Lol. The apple has been die cut from Poppy Parade card with the stamped and die cut leaves from the Rooted in Nature Stamp Set adhered to the top along with a strip of Soft Suede card that I have used to mimic the stem. The matching card incorporates a bit of punch art and was inspired by a creation made by my super talented friend and fellow West Australian demo Rachel Lewsley from My Paper Haven. The die cut circles that make up the body have been stamped with a 'splatter' stamp from the Rare Blessings Stamp Set to give the "skin" a little depth. Little black die cut hearts were used for the feet (turn then upside down) and glitter enamel dots for the centre of the eyes. A few die cut stitched stars were added to the top left of the card along with a White Bakers Twine bow. That is all from me today. Thank You Stampin' Up! for a year I will never forget. Stampin' Up! #1 Demonstrator Pootles - Pootles Advent Countdown 2019 #3 Mini Curvy Keepsake Customer Gifts There is a distinct possibility that I squealed

Yesterday was such a busy day! Lots of little things. Spin class, clean up from my retreat (still not finished) it was a minimum day at school...I had to go down the mountain to Redding to deliver orders, get a birthday present for my soon to be eighteen year old, Rebecca, new boots for Kate...hair clips and popsicle sticks for Adam! Of course I had to get some pizzas...then back up the mountain to watch the World Series! Darn it...the Giants lost...but today's a new game! Needless to say...I didn't get a bit of creating done yesterday....UNTIL...I couldn't sleep! As I tossed and turned...I thought...just get up...read...do something!! So out to my workshop I went! So here I am blogging on a Saturday...to show you what I did when I was SLEEPLESS IN WEAVERVILLE! It's a layered Curvy Keepsake Box. I cut out a white box and added a Night of Navy around it....so that the stars from the Confetti Stars punch would show through! Here is a close up of the tag...made with the Good Greetings stamp set, Frosted Sequins, Silver 1/8" taffeta ribbon, Bakers Twine and a snowflake charm. To get this look I stamped the trees from the White Christmas stamp set in VersaMark on Night of Navy card stock and embossed with White embossing powder. Then covered entirely with VersaMark and Heat and Stick powder...heated to activate the stickiness, then covered with Dazzling Diamonds glitter and heated again to set the glitter. I did this on all sides of the box. I also made this card...not sure how I like it....there might be too much going on! But when I finished I was tired and went to bed....GOOD SLEEP THERAPY~

Hello and welcome back to another Curvy Keepsake Wednesday.. I think I should have made this box last week as its using the Botanical Builder Framelits dies, I just love that flower..... My basic Curvy Keepsake box is Chocolate Chip and I have put it through the Big Shot in the Woodgrain Embossing folder prior to being assembled. I then cut the large bloom from the Botanicals Builder Thinlits Dies out of Whisper White Card (you can cut them cut of Hello Honey card, but I still haven't ordered mine..lol), I sponged the front and back of the flower with Hello Honey ink and then sponged Cajun Craze in the middle. I did the same with the large stamen and the tiny stamen. I cut the leaves out of Mossy Meadow card and stamped them with the matching stamps from the Botanical Blooms Stamp Set. I made a little tag from Choc Chip card and punched the top with the Ornate Tag Topper and rounded the bottom corners. I used a tiny flower from the same set to decorate the tag. The flower was added to the box using a dimensional and the leaves arranged around the flower and stuck with Tombow. Such a pretty box, ideal for all sorts of parties, Birthdays, Anniversaries, even Weddings. Occasions catty! 5 Days 4 Days Treats for every one! 3 Days simple and sweet just in the nick of time. Only TWO days until xmas This is a extra exciting card with its 3D effects. With this card I cut out the wonderful wreath using the framelits and hung it in the cut out circle of the front of the card. You can see through the wreath to the Christmas greeting on the inside of the card! Christmas Eve, I created this Christmas bauble ornament to hang on my tree! Its personal, unique and beautiful! Welcome to the September Control Freaks Blog Hop, aka Tour de Freaks! We have a total of eleven fabulous stampers creating with a "Halloween Boo to You" theme for you this month! Be sure to travel all the way around the hop; if you started with me, you'll end up back here and know you completed the tour! You may have arrived here from Justin Krieger's blog; he does wonderful artwork! The first card today features a pumpkin diecut with the next to the smallest Oval Framelit (3 pieces), embossed with the Stylish Stripes folder and decorated with leaves from the Fall Fest set and Linen Thread. The boot and saying are from the Bootiful Occasions set which has four fun boots in it! I used Blendabilities to add color to the boot and veins to the leaves. The background DSP is Basic Black from the Neutrals Paper Stack. I brayered the top with So Saffron and the lower quarter with Mossy Meadow. This little BOO card scene has Island Indigo DSP from the Regals Paper Stack as the background. The Fall Fest pumpkins are the In Color Tangelo Twist. Our friendly little ghostie is also from the Fall Fest set, diecut with the Fun Fall Framelits, as are the pumpkins. I used my Fringe Scissors to cut a little grass and added a few fall leaves. BOO is cut with the Perfect Print Alphabet Bigz Dies and the Big Shot. I would use a letterl-sized envelop to mail this card since the ghost extends over the edge, or you could just trim it off and use the regular A2 size. This little 3-D Pumpkin was cut with the Curvy Keepsake Thinlit Die from Tangelo Twist dotted Confetti Celebration DSP. These are so quick and easy to make it's ridiculous and you can decorate them any way you want! This one is simple: I just used Mossy Meadow for the bow and a black bird punched out with the Bird Builder Punch! I guess I could have named this post "Pumpkins and Polka Dots" but when I started, I didn't know that's how it was going to end up! lol! That's the creative process, isn't it!! Thanks for visiting! Happy Friday Peeps!! Today I am sharing my first Halloween Project of the year. This is a super simple box called a 2, 4, 6, 8 box I made it using Pumpkin Pie card stock. Most all of this is new product that is coming to you in the Holiday mini Sept. 4th. This is the Monster Bash Suite all but the sentiment which is from the Boo To You set. The Ornate Frames Dies is fabulous, you will want this die set, even if you don't care for Halloween. The Frames are awesome and would be nice for almost any kind of card or sentiment. The little Mummy on the front is cut from some of the Monster Bash DSP. It turned out so cute, I love the Basic Black Scalloped Ribbon too.
