I'm sharing all my secrets to creating the perfect website color palette!
These illustrations are from a FIRST EDITION of the classic A Child's Garden of Verses, illustrated by the wonderful Jessie Wilcox Smith. These illustrations are reproduced quite a bit--but they are never as fresh as when scanned directly from a first edition, which I own. The difference is obvious. Perfect to frame and hang on the wall as adorable vintage style wall art. Or use in scrapbooking, tags, greeting cards, etc., etc. This color illustration measures approximately 4.573" x 7". You are purchasing an incredibly sharp, clear, digital image scanned at a high resolution, 300dpi in jpg form. Once payment is received, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD YOUR IMAGES INSTANTLY. Our images can fit on 8.5 x 11 paper. **THE ANNOYING WATERMARK WILL NOT APPEAR ON YOUR DOWNLOAD** What fabulous things can you create? Announcements, Invitations, and place cards, (think wedding, engagements, baby!) Paper Arts: Jewelry: Used on transfers: Print and Frame For: Greeting cards Earrings Tee-shirts Baby's Nursery Stationery Bracelets Tote bags Child's Room Bookmarks Necklaces Pillows Wall Decor Gift tags Napkins Scrapbooking Dish towels Altered Art Ribbons Card Making And any magical thing your artistic bent can create! The Fine Print (No pun intended) Do's Do make fantastico art with our digital delights! Don'ts Do not use our images in digital collage sheets, resell them, reproduce them in a compilation cd for resale, or share them with buddies. We and our little elves work tirelessly to ferret out special pieces of paper ephemera, which we then scan and restore to perfection for the discerning creative customer. Taking our work and reselling or redistributing is not only bad form, it angers our little pals. And you don't want to make an elf mad! So please refrain from practices that you would not want done to your artwork. Thank you!
Are you looking to decorate your classroom with fun, hand-drawn anchor charts/posters? Do you find it difficult to find the time to create, draw, outline and color? Don't fret. Give me the markers. Hi, I'm the Chart Lady! I love making engaging, eye catching and educational anchor charts. I also can draw/create any other topic you would like, just contact me directly and ask! My students absolutely love these posters and we use them daily. Many students are visual learners, so the colorful images really help them connect, recall and digest what we have learned. I call this anchor chart: "Food Web" Students were being taught how different organisms can affect one another, and the importance of the food web. The students loved all the pictures of the different animals! **All non-laminated anchor charts are currently hand drawn and colored on 25x30, anchor chart paper. Once ordered, it will take a 2-3 days to draw, outline, color and ship. If you would like it laminated, it will cost $5.00 more for lamination and the size will shrink by 2-3 inches of width. I ship these out ASAP after being ordered and completed, however, keep in mind that once shipped, it is out of my control. Therefore, if shipping does not meet your expectations, I encourage customers to reach out to me first, and we can work something out to make up for anything that might have occurred that was outside of our control.** Enjoy, The Chart Lady
This hardcover, full-color book is a collection of illustrations inspired by verses of the Qur'an. The artist has employed distinctly different art styles to present various topics including ethics and morality, history, and law in Islam. From ancient Egyptian Art, stained-glass, and architectural isometric drawings, each piece has been thoughtfully composed to effectively communicate the Qur'anic message to all audiences. About The Author Mahdi Tabatabaei Yazdi grew up in a family of devout Muslims. He was always encouraged to practice his faith and follow his passion as an artist. As a result, his early childhood was spent making drawings with meaningful stories and messages behind them. As his exposure to the wider world of art increased, he was faced with the reality that even in his religious society, art represented many aspects of human life – except religion. Therefore, as an artist inspired by Islam, he chose to communicate his faith through his artwork. “I believe art is a language that everyone appreciates despite what they believe. It is linked with the human instinct, and the human instinct is created by a divine power that is full of beauty.” – Mahdi Mahdi has a bachelor’s degree in architecture which reflects in his artwork. After completing his formal education, he started out as an illustrator of short comics and soon thereafter, founded SalamComics. He works with a brilliant team of local illustrators producing exclusive products for his clients. Mahdi has devoted his life to building bridges between communities through the language of art.
