You can pay the same for 400mL of coconut milk, or you can buy 400mL of coconut cream that you can make 800-1200mL of coconut milk from! Honestly it’s so easy and quick to make coconut milk. It...
Ho diviso a metà i filetti. Buona settimana

Chilled Indian rice pudding (or kheer) is a killer summer dessert, and it is made even better in the Anova Precision Cooker-- plus you'll never need to heat up the stove! Kheer is typically made with cow's milk, but I like to make my pudding dairy-free with sweet and rich coconut milk. A dash of freshly ground cardamom takes the recipe over the top.
Stage 3 of the milk ladder asks you to try muffins with a small dairy element. This recipe and guide will talk you through the stage.

I was doing a little bit of internet searching the other day and ended up on this funny post about tailgate party etiquette. The read was quite entertaining until I read their suggestion #9: “Don’t expect anyone to accommodate your food allergies. The parking lot is a gluten-free-free zone.” Uh-oh! Methinks it is best to be prepared and bring our

Keto Yogurt is by far my most favorite homemade addition to Keto Granola, and its super tasty by itself. You can also make this keto homemade yogurt with normal whole cows milk, as the bacteria consumes most of the naturally occurring sugars, otherwise known as lactose.

I'm always on the look out for a new dairy free alternative. One of my children is sensitive to cow's milk in that it will make his eczema flare up so I need alternatives for him. He's also allergic to nuts so finding a milk alternative can be tough. I've tried coconut milk and we like that when mixed into things like smoothies or curries but we're not fans of how it separates when cold. I wanted an alternative that could be as smooth as milk. Enter oat milk. If you are like me then you've never heard of oat
