Happy Monday to you all! The card I'm sharing today is featuring the Cottage Rose Stamp set and Designer Series Paper. This is such an elegant set from the Abigail Rose Suite in the 2022-2023 Annual Catalog. Cottage Rose Bundle #159048 Abigail Rose 12x12 Designer Series Paper #159037 I started with Basic Black cardstock for the base of my card (5 1/2 x 4 1/4) then layered DSP on top (5 1/4 x 4), followed by the Textured Dies using Basic Black (5 x 3 3/4). Split Card Textures Dies #159162 The image was stamped using Memento ink and using a blending brush I lightly circled the colors onto the flower and leaves ever so slightly for a hint of color. I also did the same on the sentiment. The stamped image didn't have leaves on the left of the flower, I added those. The Natural Finish Ribbon was stamped with leaves using Memento ink then layered the Glittered Organdy Ribbon over that. DSP was used on the envelope flap. I used "double" dimensionals under the flower by layering one dimensional over the other. The sentiment was stamped on DSP in a space large enough to stamp and also adhered with dimensionals (only one layer). For the inside of the card, I used DSP (5 1/4 x 4) and layered that with Very Vanilla cardstock (5 x 3 3/4). I hope you enjoyed my project for today. Thanks so much for stopping by! My Facebook Live this morning was using the beautiful Abigail Rose suite of products. I used the Cottage dies to die cut the Early Espresso card stock and then embossed it with the Timeworn Type 3D embossing folder. Tthe Abigail Rose DSP went underneath the die cut card stock. I coloured the flowers in with Stampin' Blends Lt/Dk Petal Pink and leaves in Lt Old Olive. I placed the Early Espresso card on dimentionals and layered it over the DSP to give it a 3D look. I used the "Go to Greetings" stamp set for the sentiment with Early Espresso Ink and the Treasured Label punch. I finished off the card with some Champagne Rhinestones. Hello and welcome to my blog! This week's Global Design Project challenge is a Case the Designer Challenge and this week we are caseing one of Stesha Bloodhart's gorgeous cards. I love Stesha's layout and used that for the inspiration in creating my card. The Cottage Rose Stamp Set is a beautiful stamp set and I love colouring in the flowers! For this flower I've used the Stampin' Blends, they are easy to use and you can create a variety of different looks depending on how you colour with them. I chose to follow the shading lines on the image, so quick and simple! For my bow I combined Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon, that I had coloured with the Dark Petal Pink Stampin' Blends and a piece of Very Vanilla Twine - it just adds another little detail! For a step by step tutorial on how I created my card please click on the Tutorial button. All products are listed in the tutorial and below. I've also created a video tutorial, click on the link below to watch! Please remember to head on over to the Global Design Project blog and check out all the fabulous creations made by my fellow team members and we would love to see your creations using this week's sketch. See you next week! I've been sharing some Abigail Rose cards with you recently, and as I mentioned in this video, I was trying to use the softer, muted colors found in this Abigail Rose designer paper. For this card, I opted to try some bolder colors and use colors outside the range of suggestions from Stampin' Up! in the designer paper. This card features Orchid Oasis, Starry Sky, Calypso Coral, and Pale Papaya, with Old Olive and Parakeet Party for the greens! Crumb Cake and White are my neutrals. You'll notice I die cut a layer of the Abigail Rose designer

Hi my crafty friends, I couldn’t resist making another card today with the Abigail Rose Suite Collection (#159052). I stamped the flower & leaves from the Cottage Rose stamp set (#159040) with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708). These were cut with the Cottage Flowers Dies (#159047). The Stampin’ Blends used to colour these images are Pale Papaya (#155519), Daffodil Delight (#154883) and Soft Sea Foam (#154902). The base card is Basic White (#159228), followed by Pale Papaya card (#155669) then the Abigail Rose Designer Series Paper (#159037). I stamped Happy Birthday from the Cottage Rose stamp set with StazOn Jet Black ink (#101406) onto the Natural Finish 7/8” Ribbon (#159051). This ribbon was wrapped around the card front. Best Wishes, also from the Cottage Rose stamp set was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink. This was cut with a Natural Prints die (#158800). The sentiment, floral image and extra stamped leaves were all attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) & Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). The gold paper from the Gold & Rose Gold 6”x6” Metallic Specialty Paper (#159139) was backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334), before cutting the flower with another Cottage Flowers die and attached it to the top right corner of the card. I added shimmer to the stamped flower with Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) and finished the card with the Pale Papaya 2021-2023 In Color Opal Rounds (#159185). “Love what you do and share what you love.” lesleyjendra.stampinup.net [email protected]

Handmade Birthday Card made with the Cottage Rose Bundle by Stampin' Up! created by Peggy Noe of Pretty Paper Cards #cottagerose
Hi and welcome friends, When I first saw the new Annual catalogue I just fell in love with the Abigail Rose Suite Collection (#159052) so couldn’t wait to get it. Here is my first (of many) cards which I will make with this gorgeous set. One of the designs in the Abigail Rose 12”x12” Designer Series Paper (#159037) co-ordinates with one of the dies and that is what has been used on this card. I cut the Very Vanilla card (#106550) with the Cottage Flowers Die (#159047), then dry embossed this with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder (#156406). I coloured the flowers & leaves with Stampin’ Blends - Soft Succulent (#155521), Soft Sea Foam (#154902), Pale Papaya (#155519), Daffodil Delight (#154883), Flirty Flamingo (#154884) and Highland Heather (#154887). I attached Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108) and Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430) to the Very vanilla card and attached this on top of the DSP which I coloured, lining up the image and the cut outs. This was then matted with Basic Black card (#121688) and attached to the very Vanilla base card. The sentiment from the Cottage Rose stamp set (#159040) was stamped with Highland Heather ink (#147103). The sentiment & Basic Black card behind the sentiment were cut with dies from the Stylish Shapes Dies (#159183). The 2021-2023 In Color Opal Rounds (#159185) were added to the card. “Love what you do and share what you love.” lesleyjendra.stampinup.net [email protected]
This beautiful boxed card set makes a great gift . It features the Cottage Rose stamp set and Dies and the Abigail Rose Designer Paper.
Oh I do love Texture Chic dsp, the colours are so beautiful and the gold foil Is stunning. I have paired it with Cottage Rose for today’s card. I've used Very Vanilla rather than White cardstock and started by stamping and colouring my image. It's a lovely detailed image but at the same time nice and easy to colour. I've only needed to use two pairs of blends, Petal Pink and Soft Succulent.I die cut a scalloped rectangle (Scalloped Contour dies) and then, after stamping my sentiment, partially em
