My beloved Swedish house, located in Mullhyttan village, province of Närke. It was built in 1930, by a housecarpenter, in a much older Swedish turn of the century style, for himself and his wife to live in. He reused a great deal of architectural salvage when he built it, e.g., handmade old glass panes (with bubbles and "streaky" imperfections); 19th century tiled stoves, old timber and some old doors and old door furniture. The wooden timber window surrounds are quite special and most unusual: Swedish Jugend style (Art Nouveau).
