I was going to make a tri-fold card like the one on Cathy Proctor's blog (whatcathymade.com.au) but got a little carried away and made a sampler instead! The Crafting With You bundle is a great set for anyone who crafts. Whether you stamp, sew, paint or knit, it's all there for you. I do them all, so designing this project was fun for me. I used a piece of 12" x 12" Countryside Inn DSP for the base. Then I stamped and cut out all these little pieces using Crumb Cake, Night of Navy, Boho Blue, Misty Moonlight and Basic White. After I arranged the larger pieces in the squares, I scattered the spools of thread, buttons and hearts around the sampler. It looks a bit like the way I craft....all over the place!

Dandelion rubber stamp, coloring stamp, cotton print, mixed media stamp, botanical print Hand carved stamp to create a cool pattern on any surface. Perfect for fabric, notebooks, post cards, thank you cards, envelopes letters and everything else. Good finish to your snail mail, scrapbooking or project life. Great as a gift for crafters and paper lovers. Diameters 8,4 x 4,8 cm . Other size can be made upon request (custom order). If you are not sure whether you want a stamp mounted on wood or not, buy a mounted stamp and write in the comments to the order - do not mount for me. You will test how to make prints without a block, and if you will stick, you will stick the stamp to the block with white wood glue. Made by me in a clean, smoke and pet free studio. All my stamps are unique made with attention to detail. The stamp you receive may very slightly from the picture shown in the listing, such is the nature of it being carved by hand. All my stamps must be tested to ensure that the imprint is just right so a slight ink stain is normal. This does not affect the quality of the stamp. Made to order - production time + estimated delivery days I'm using 06-0,8 cm thick rubber. It is not necessary to wash stamps. Just reprint the stamp several times until the ink stops leaving a trace. If you want clean do it with moist baby tissue. Don't be suprised if your stamp takes on colors from inks. This is normal and will not affect. Never scrub or wipe your stamp. I will be happy to create a combine shipping of my stamps and prints so do not forget looking round my shop for the other stamps. Shipping cost for multiple items is the same! I will love to see what you do with them! Add me on instagram when you publish work with my stamps @szczepanskaewa_ Thank you for visit my shop! Nigezza Creates aka Gez, Independent Stampin' Up® Demonstrator Thank you for visiting my blog, I really do appreciate. I am here with another instalment in my Junk Journal series. Today I am trying the paper napkin technique for the first time! I have watched lots of tutorials on this and decided to have a go. I may not have done it the best way but I am loving how it turned out. I bought 2 packets of paper serviettes to try out, i decided not to get the mixed selections you can buy as I wanted to have lots to practice on! I have seen some really lovely ones but to only get 4 for the price I paid for 20 was not the best option for a beginner! I am really enjoying making my first Junk Journal and so excited to be sharing it with you. I take you through the process from start to finish ...not that it is finished yet of course! It is a work in progress and I hope you will join me. I have made mistakes and I have learned from them and I have enjoyed every minute. If you missed the beginning episode 1 you can view it here :-) I will be doing this every Wednesday so do subscribe to not miss any. I have created a playlist on my YouTube channel so you can easily find all my tutorials in this series. Measurements and Materials I normally give you the measurements of my projects, but for this project this will not always be possible as it is often not precise as it involves ripping paper! The signatures in this Junk Journal are me using A4 sheets folded in half to make an A5 sized journal. I pulled apart the 3 layers of the serviette I will use all these layers don't worry about that! I applied watered down PVA to the area I wanted my serviette to stick to I placed the section i wanted on the page or tag or book page I brushed over the top with more PVA I really like the effect of the music serviette on the book page I then added the butterfly serviette on top once it was dry I stuck this directly to a page in my journal I repeated this with a half page and then adhered this to some coffee stained card stock I then used this as a belly band or pocket on a page I also used the serviettes on some tags. Now watch the video tutorial to see how this was made :-) Video Tutorial Click below to see the video tutorial :-) Time for the closeups! Video's & Channels I have watched I have watched soooo many youtube videos about Junk Journalling but these are the ones I keep going back to. They have really inspired me to finally get started. Not only is this an adorable card, but the sentiment is adorable too. Hi everyone. Laurie here from the design team with my Graphic 45 Ocean Blue Waterfall Album. For my second project, I wanted to make something that I could add my favorite photos from my time spent in the San Diego area to. The Ocean Blue collection by Graphic 45 is so perfect! Ocean Blue Waterfall Album Album Details I used weight chipboard to create my cover. Next, I covered the chipboard with ivory linen cardstock and, matted the patterned paper with navy card stock. I only sponged ink on the edges of the patterned paper. I had some "ribbon" in my stash that resembled netting so I added a strip to the cover. After that, I used the circle die cut element and fussy cut the seahorse and fish from the Cozumel sheet. I used a die from my stash to create some "seaweed" for the fish to swim through, and jazzed up the corners with some of the Matte Pearl Gems. Inside of the Album On the inside, I added two waterfalls (one on each cover piece) with regular Graphic 45 tags as the closures. I then used some lightweight twine to tie them closed. Right Waterfall Left Waterfall Each waterfall has the same papers from the Graphic 45 Ocean Blue 12x12 Collection Pack on each page. I added a navy mat to the tag closures using the G45 Regular Tag and Gears Die Set. Then, I added some patterned paper and a small cut apart to each one. I added a full mat to the top page, a 3/8-inch strip to cover the scored flap, and a 3/4-inch strip to the bottom of each page using the tan striped sheet from the Ocean Blue Patterns and Solids Collection. On the back of the pages I added a 3/4-inch strip at the top (when flipped up). Open Waterfall Individual Waterfall Pages A Special Addition I wanted to add something for special journaling to this album so I used the lined booklet from the Graphic 45 Notebook Set. I covered the outside and inside of the covers with papers from the 12x12 collection pad and added some elements from the Stickers and Die Cut Assortment found here. Travel Journal Cover So, on the back cover of the Travel Journal I added my favorite piece from the Ocean Blue Ephemera Pack... Back of Travel Journal I added two eyelets to the spine and attached the journal using some heavy baker's twine from my stash. Finally, I tied on some fun nautical trinkets that I found online to give it vintage finishing touch. Spine with Trinkets I had so much fun making this album. The Graphic 45 Ocean Blue Waterfall Album may look complicated but is surprisingly simple to put together. I will have all of the details and some step by step helps on my blog at laurieslazydaydesigns.blogspot.com I can't wait to add my photos of whale watching, seals, and sunny days spent by the bay to these fun little waterfalls! It is sure to be a great way to relive those wonderful memories. I hope you are inspired to create a keepsake album of your own. Graphic 45 really came through with this collection! I could almost smell the ocean when I was working with it! See you soon with another fun project! You can find all of the products I used in the Fotobella Store: Graphic 45 Ocean Blue 12x12 Collection Pad G45 Ocean Blue Patterns and Solids G45 Ocean Blue Sticker Sheets Ocean Blue Ephemera Pack Ocean Blue Die Cut Assortment Matte Pearl Gems
