During December we demonstrators get the privilege of ordering from the new Jun-Jul Mini Catalogue - this is one of my favourite perks! Another perk was if we attended OnStage@Home we could order EVEN EARLIER from a smaller selection of products so I quickly snapped up a whole bunch from the Dandy Garden Suite. This is a new mega-suite of products and, if you love the natural world as much as I do, you will LOVE it. So as a special end-of-week treat, here are not one but TEN projects using this fabulous Suite! Indulge me while I wax lyrical about this gorgeous Suite for a moment. There are TWO gorgeous stamp sets – one with a co-ordinating dragonfly punch and one with co-ordinating dies. There is an absolutely stunning pack of 6"x"6" Designer Series Paper packed with deep, rich colours, bold floral designs as well as delicate detailed monochrome sheets. There’s a pack of fine laser-cut paper, including detailed dragonflies, intricate seed heads and delicate leaves. There are tiny bronze-effect ladybirds. And remember that beautiful woven linen thread we had before? It's back - but in Mossy Meadow. I'm so excited about this suite that I'm sharing everything I've made with it so far. Some are adaptations of projects from the Stamp & Share section of OnStage@Home and others are actually completely from my own head (I know, right!). Take a look at what I’ve been making... These were some of the most fun to make as I got to use a new tool. We have some new blending brushes which are so pleasing to use and so effective – they give you a much smoother effect than blending with sponges. I stamped my main images in Mossy Meadow, coloured them with Stampin’ Blends, then blended ink with the new brushes around the edges of the cardstock. Inspired by Stampin' Up!® concept artist Melody Hyde, I then stamped around the images with a greeting stamp, repeatedly and by stamping off onto scrap paper first. I really liked this effect when Melody demonstrated it at OnStage@Home. I LOVE these dies, they are JUST what I've been craving. And don't they go perfectly with the Dandelions Embossing Folder which I've had for months but – gasp! –hadn’t used until I made this card. This Suite is perfect for the monochrome look. There are several sheets of DSP which are monochrome;in Misty Moonlight (as shown here), Blackberry Bliss (yum!), Bumblebee and Calypso Coral. Shall I tell you a secret about this card? It was supposed to have a folding back front, but I used the cutting blade instead of the scorer! Oops. A splash of Bumble Bee goes so well with Misty Moonlight – this is one of our OnStage@Home Stamp and Share projects which we made during the event. This last card was a Northern Lights background which hadn’t gone quite to plan. It wasn’t working for the Christmas card I had planned but I think it looks great behind this Dandy Laser-Cut Paper and combined with some much-maligned Purple Posy. I hope you love this Suite as much as I do as I will be holding a Big Event with it in February. Watch this space or my website for details. And if you can’t wait that long and want to get your hands on these fabulous products NOW, please get in touch about purchasing the Starter Kit. I would love to have you in my team so I can help you get the best value out of your Stampin’ Up!® crafting. Please get in touch via my website here.

Hello and welcome, I'm so excited to share with you the latest Global Design Project Color Challenge #GDP293 as guest designer for this weeks challenge, I was given three of the 2021 - 2023 In Colors - Pale Papaya, Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen. I've created two projects using the challenge colours using the Artistically Inked Bundle with the Create With Friends Stamp Set both items can be found in the new 2021 - 2022 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue. First up is the Stampin' Blends alcohol background technique on vellum, which I've been wanting to create for sometime now. Starting with Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen Stampin' Blends using the brush tip to apply the colour onto the sheet of Vellum. You need pure alcohol to make it work as it needs to be more than 90% I've used Isopropyl alcohol with a pant brush and ear syringe to help blow the alcohol around the vellum. This was a fun technique and I highly recommend you give it a try. Let me know how you go. The Artistically Inked Stamp Set is unique and I love the images. I've layered the flowers with the leaves on top of the sentiment stamped in Soft Succulent onto Basic White Cardstock and die cut out using the Tailor Made Tags Dies. To finish off the card I've added Soft Succulent Jewels and Pale Papaya Ribbon. Next is the 3D Scalloped Kraft Treat Box which is a new product from Stampin' Up! in the Annual Catalogue, you get 8 boxes each has a lid with a base and they are food safe. Using the large flowers and leaves die from the Artistic Dies, I've die cut out the image twice using Basic White Cardstock and applied the challenge colours with the Blending Brushes. Layering the die images onto the lid and box with Tombow Mono Liquid Glue. The Evening Evergreen Ribbon is stunning against the Kraft Box, I've added some Evening Evergreen Jewels and gift tag with the sentiment stamped in Evening Evergreen. It's a stunning color and it's so beautiful to work with. To join in on the latest Global Design Project Color Challenge #GDP293 click here and you might be the next guest designer. Good Luck! Thank you for visiting my blog today, I would so love hear your thoughts on my project by leaving a comment below. I’m sharing a few projects created by some of my very talented Stampin’ Up! team members with you all today.
Hello and welcome Tonight I'll be sharing with you Week 9 of Colour Creations Blog Hop with the Art With Heart Team in Australia. Each week there will be a Colour Creations blog hop showcasing Stampin' Up! Colors with a selection of members from the Art With Heart Team who will be joining in. I'm looking forward to seeing their beautiful projects using the Stampin' Up! Colors. You'll be able to hop around by clicking on the next link at the end of my blog. The colour for tonight is Calypso Coral which is part of the Subtles Collection and comes in a number of different mediums such as Ink, Cardstock, DSP etc....I've used Calypso Coral with Basic White, Old Olive, Mossy Meadow and Smoky Slate for my handmade card. The card I've created is a shabby chic card which is very similar to my Balmy Blue card with the bear which I created awhile ago for Colour Creations. I've used the kangaroo this time in Smoky Slate watercolour from the Count on Me Stamp Set which is in the Annual Stampin' Catalogue. The You're a Peach Designer Series Paper has beautiful floral designs as well as watercolour stripes in Calypso Coral. I've layered it over the embossed panel of Basic White Cardstock using the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder. Adding to the card is a couple of stitched tags from the Tailor Made Tags Dies, die-cut out in You're a Peach DSP, Basic White Cardstock with a little sponging using the Blending Brush in Old Olive and Mossy Meadow. I've added Very Vanilla Scalloped Lace and White Baker's Twine to the tag. The greeting is from the Create With Friends Stamp Set, stamped in Calypso Coral onto Basic White and fussy cut out. Thank you for visiting my blog today, I would so love hear your thoughts on my project by leaving a comment below. Now it's time to hop along and visit the lovely Rosa Leyden to see her project please click on the link below If you find a broken link or have come to this blog hop from a different entry point, you can view the full list of participants on Catherine Proctor’s blog If you would like a copy of the new Stampin' Up! Bonjour, Voici 2 cartes réalisées avec le le lot "pétales de romance" p 54 du catalogue printemps/été 2022 qui sortiras le 4 janvier. je vous souhaite une belle fin de journée
This week, week 10 in the Colour Creations blog hop we continue our journey featuring all of the Core Stampin' Up! colours, in alphabetical order. This week's feature colour is Blushing Bride, a member of the Subtles colour group . This week I was determined not to make a baby girl card as Blushing Bride is one of my "go to" colours for baby girl cards. Instead I have decided to feature one of the super cute stamp sets and matching dies that you can earn during the current Salebration period. For every $90 you spend you can choose from a selection of great freebies. In the case this week I have chosen to feature the Hippest Hippo stamp set and coordinating dies and paired Blushing Bride with Basic Gray and White. To start with I stamped 2 of the Hippo images in Basic Gray and then watercoloured them using Basic Gray for the main part. As there is no Blushing Bride watercolour pencil, I used the "smoosh" (for want of a better term) some ink on the lid technique where you use a Blender Pen to colour the image. I then die cut these little cuties using the coordinating dies. These were then mounted on scalloped circle of Vellum along with a couple of cute hearts in Blushing Bride. I have then embossed 2 pieces of Designer Series Paper, one from Abigail Rose and one from Awash In Beauty, using the Splatters embossing folder from the Stripes and Splatters 3D embossing folders duo. This was then mounted on a piece of White cardstock that has been embossed using the Gingham embossing folder. The photo below shows the embossing in a bit more detail. On the bottom of the Blushing Bride paper I have added a small border using the scalloped edge from Penned Flowers dies. I have added a few cute flowers also in Blushing Bride and using the Hippest Hippo dies. The cute little hearts are also from the die set. The sentiment is from the Hippest Hippo stamp set and has been stamped using Basic Gray and die cut with one of the dies from Beautiful Shapes. Finally I have added a few Iridescent Rhinestone Jewels to the flower centres and randomly on the card. Next in tonight's blog hop is the lovely Diane Furness. I look forward to seeing her lovely creation. If the "next" button link is not working or you would like to see a full list of participants then you can hop over to our host Cathy Proctor's blog where you can see a full list of tonight's participants. Don't forget to pop back next week when when we will be featuring the next Core colour in our journey, Cajun Craze, which will be a challenge! As always if you live in Australia and would like to know more about Stampin' Up! or would like to purchase some of the products then click on the Facebook tab at the top of the page and send me a message. As always enjoy your week.Theresa

We all feel strong emotions every now and then - and most of us have experienced more feelings in the past two years than in our entire lives. It's sometimes difficult to accept those feelings of loneliness or sadness or fear because we are conditioned to hold them in or
