When I saw the card on the right (from a rubber stamp store called Alte New)... I wanted to try and create a card with the stamp sets (from Stampin' Up!) that I already had on hand. I used colors that were very close to those on the card as well.... Crumb Cake, Pear Pizzazz, Garden Green and Whisper White. I used the AquaPainter to color in the leaves with Pear Pizzazz and Garden Green. I adhered the leaves and flower to the card using glue dots. Oh... and I did cut out the flower and leaves using paper snips. Thanks so much for taking a closer look! Supplies Used: Stamp Set - Peaceful Petals Ink - Staz-on, Pear Pizzazz, Garden Green Paper - Crumb Cake, Whisper White Accessories - AquaPainter, scissors (paper snips)

I made yet another card for One Layer Wednesday challenge 59...here, again, is the inspiration:I used a retiring Stampin Up set (I LOVE this set) to make my single daisy: I used my Stamp-a-ma-jig and my static bag to stamp the petal 8 times with versamark and emboss with white powder...each separately, though(it really didn't take that much time...really). I tried very hard not to get any white powder on or near my petals or on the card, itself, but even with a static bag AND a paint brush to brush what I could see(with reading glasses on) I STILL had white dots on my card...go figure...I give up!! But it looked pretty good,,,so I finished it with a sentiment from PTI and a corduroy brad from Stampin Up. I went back and forth and forth and back trying to decide whether to add ribbon, score lines, a hand drawn frame...well, a number of things, but in the end decided to leave it with the flower and sentiment...I just liked it that way:)!! I hope it's ok...but I think I will put this one in the challenge with my other one:)!! Thanks for looking, hope you have a great day:)!! Things I used: Stamps: Stampin Up Pick a Petal, Papertrey Ink Friends Til the End Paper: kraft Ink: Versamark Extras: white embossing powder, stamp-a-ma-jig, SU corduroy brad
Hand made paper with dried rose flowers petals. The flower paper sheets are suitable for Wedding paper cones. This handmade paper is eco friendly paper. One sheet size: 23x23 cm. (9 inches x9 inches) You can see and feel the texture of the dried rose flower petals. Yes, there really is a real rose flower! The paper is my own creation. I have created a special method of producing paper with dried flowers and plants. My paper is thin but strong and has light permeability. That way the rose flowers petals are well seen. Each sheet of paper is unique because it is handmade. The paper is a little glossy. This paper is not suitable for writing or drawing. This paper is perfect for art and craft projects. This paper could be gift wrapping paper. This paper will be great for wedding paper cones making, wedding favors packing or creation paper garlands, or greeting cards and more...
