This is a super fun "book binding" fun fold card featuring the Stampin' Up Saleabration Darling Donkey stamp set. The background is created with the Paper Blooms Designer Series paper that is also part of this year's 2021 Saleabration. The fold is easy to do, and gives the card a special touch. This card was created by Susan Elise Morton. I have instructions below on how to make this card.

I have been having more fun playing with the Darling Donkeys Sale-a-bration stamp set. You can see the first card I made with this set by clicking on the photo below. They are such happy looking donkeys and really fun to colour. For the first card I coloured the donkeys with Blends Markers in Crumb Cake and Soft Suede and a tiny bit of Flirty Flamingo. Once they were coloured I carefully fussy cut both donkeys. The hills were cut using one of the dies from the Quite Curvy Bundle in Old Olive and Pear Pizzazz. One the front hill I heat embossed one of the greetings from the Quite Curvy Bundle. The small 'It's your birthday' is from the Darling Donkeys stamp set. To make the clouds I used a new tool coming in the Jan to June Mini Catalogue, Blending Brushes! Yay, I'm very excited that Stampin' Up! have added these brushes to our range. The stencil for the clouds was cut from the Happy Dies.I will be back later this week with a video to demonstrate how these brushes work. He's such a cutey. This set is going to be very well used, I love it. For the next card I used the third donkey from this stamp set. When I stamped the donkey on Whisper White I masked the flower so that it did not stamp because I wanted to add a balloon instead. The balloon is from the Happy Dies and was cut from Rainbow Glimmer paper, another current favourite product. I hand drew the string for the balloon with a Black Stampin' Write Marker. This donkey was coloured with Smoky Slate Markers and a tiny bit of Flirty Flamingo for inside his ears. The panel on the left side of the card was done using the Baby Wipe technique with Granny Apple Green, Pacific Point and Bermuda Bay. I coloured white Crushed Seam Binding with a Granny Apple Green Blends Marker to co ordinate with the balloon. I hope you love this stamp set as much as I do. It is available for FREE with a $90 purchase during our Sale-a-bration sale which begins on the 5th of January. All of the products I used for these cards are listed below. Hi There and thanks so much for stopping by today. Its Bruno here im participating in the monthly design team blog hop for TGCDT - The Gentleman Crafters Design Team (all of the members are from around the world and are ..... MALE!). When I opened the new 2021-22 Annual Catalogue, my FAVOURITE Suite was Bloom Where You Are Planted. There was no question whatsoever! Just as the pandemic started, a friend bought us an indoor plant. We loved it - and had no idea how to take care of it. That plant today is very happy! And, we now have twenty-six indoor plants (obsessed much) and none have died (yet). Another product I was intrigued with was the Layering Diorama die collection. The catalogue showed it on an underwater scene and looked AMAZING. In my mind, I wanted it to be a booklet. So, the Bloom Where You're Planted Suite (yes, ALL of the products) and the Layering Diorama dies, here is the project I came up with. To show how it works, here is a super-quick video (33 seconds). For the colour palette, I used the colours found on the Bloom Where You're Planted DSP Collection. This suite of colours is BEAUTIFUL together. Cajun Craze Cinnamon Cider Just Jade Garden Green Evening Evergreen Gray Granite To get a closer look, I took a picture of each page. You will notice that I used EVERY sentiment in the stamp set. The front and back cover is Grey Granite. The layering diorama dies are nested but they can be placed anywhere and in any order. I used them in descending order (ie. getting smaller). One of the most striking dies in the Perfect Plants die collection is the hanging plant. I cut this out using gold metallic specialty paper. The hanging plant is taken from the DSP and cut out using coordinating dies. On the front page, I used a window sheet. On the second page (Just Jade), I used the Paper Lattice and some Vellum. The plant is taken from the DSP and is 'fussy-cut.' On the third page (Garden Green), I used the some Vellum. The plant is taken from the DSP and is 'fussy-cut.' On the Forth page (Cinnamon Cider), I used the some Window sheet. The plant is taken from the DSP and cut out using coordinating dies. On the fifth page (Cajun Craze), I used the some window sheet. The left plant is taken from the DSP and is 'fussy-cut' and the right plant is also taken from the DSP and cut out using coordinating dies. On the sixth page (Evening Evergreen), I used the some shimmer vellum (also in Evening Evergreen). The plant is taken from the DSP and cut out using coordinating dies. The final page is the back cover (grey Granite). It has some DSP attached to a Cinnamon Cider mini card...... ..... which is where a message can be written. I loved making this card, I loved using these GORGEOUS products and hope you like it too! Let me know what you think in the comments below. As mentioned, this is a blog hop!
