Success Metrics - What are the functions/criteria that they need to meet? How will they win by using your service/product? Are there specific KPI/OKR targets? Pain Points - What is your audience currently struggling with? What challenges do they have? What problems will you be able to solve for them? Influence - Who influences their decision? What products/brands are they already using. Market Fit (likes/dislikes) - What do your customers enjoy and what do they hate? Pros as to why they’d be a perfect user for your product. Cons for friction that might cause them not to. Tags - Tech stack, keywords, SME level (novice, pro, etc). Deal Breakers - Anything to avoid.
