When the butterfly exits the chrysalis it is a completely different animal than the caterpillar that entered. Each of their lives operate in a different manner and purpose. The caterpillar cannot know what it is going to be like as a butterfly, nor can the butterfly remember what it is like to be a caterpillar. How many times, when we know we have to grow to the next level, we rely on desire for certainty to maintain our fears. Our unconscious mind wants everything to be known. Many who experience transformation, reflect on the "before" or the chrysalis stage and state "I just couldn't do it anymore." When the pain of remaining the same outweighs the pain of change, then we will change. When we identify life is out of balance and accept the necessity of change, our transformation encourages the need to unpack the limiting beliefs and behaviors, and retrain, condition and immerse ourselves into our needed growth to reach the next best version of us . Are YOU ready to embrace your own personal transformation and live in duality daily celebrating your messy and your miraculous?
