Un bon burger maison, ça faisait vraiment très longtemps que je n’en avais pas fait. J’ai préparé une sauce aillée à base de yaourt et de mascarpone et un steak au basilic et noisettes dans lequel j’ai ajouté un oeuf pour qu’il soit très moelleux.
BLT Sandwich (Bacon-Lettuce-Tomato)
Réalisez vous-même le fameux burger "Giant" et surtout sa sauce divine et très ... addictive ! Ce n'est plus un secret, le site de ce fast-food (vous voyez lequel hein ?) donne lui-même les ingrédients principaux ;-) Après 2 ou 3 essais, ma sauce était au point et je dirais très ressemblante à 99,9 % :-) Ingrédients (2 pièces) : 2 pains à hamburger 4 steaks hachés de boeuf pas trop épais (ou 2 coupés dans l'épaisseur) 2 tranches de cheddar 1 oignon pas trop gros quelques feuilles de salade frisée sel et poivre noir 6 c. à soupe de mayonnaise 1 c. à soupe de ketchup 1 c. à soupe de câpres au vinaigre (bocal) 1 c. à café de sucre glace Préparation : Pour la sauce : mixez la mayonnaise, le ketchup, les câpres, le sucre glace et poivrez... voilà la sauce Giant est déjà prête ! Nettoyez et égouttez les feuilles de salade... Pelez et coupez l'oignon en petits morceaux. Faites griller les steaks hachés dans une poêle-grill... (s'ils sont épais coupez-les en 2 dans l'épaisseur)...salez et poivrez. Pendant que les steaks cuisent, réchauffez les pains au four 2 ou 3 minutes ou au grille-pain si vous les voulez plus croustillants... Sur la base des pains, déposez quelques morceaux de feuilles de salade, des oignons, un steak haché, une tranche de fromage, de la sauce, le deuxième steak haché et refermez avec le pain du-dessus... Dégustez... ou dévorez immédiatement avec quelques frites allumettes :-) Bon appétit !
