Finally, a DIY option for those of us without 3D printers! This file allows those with a capable laser machine to cut and build a riser for the xTool F1! This riser was designed around 3mm plywood or acrylic sheets for strength and customization. NOTE: The file contains a build option for 1/4" plywood that has not been personally tested and may require some modifications. The design perfectly aligns the F1 in the center of the riser to help make alignment of the rotary tool underneath as easy as possible. The riser provides a working clearance below of 125mm and optional extensions can increase this to 145mm and 165mm if needed. Assembly instructions are provided in the included file. If using plywood to make this, it is best to use the flattest sheets possible. Warped sheets make it difficult to align everything during assembly. Acrylic sheets help to avoid this.
